Sales order placeholder displays only english format despite german settings
Hi, When using the %SO_Adjustment% placeholder in a Sales Order custom layout. the figure is displayed in english format, were other placeholders are displayed using the country format (here german) In this example : subtotal, total, shipping charges are displaying the german number format (comma for decimal). But Adjustment is displaying a period and 3 decimal. See screenshot. Please correct or tell my which placeholder is to be used to have the correct display. Thanks
Best way to start with a blank data set?
I am planning to migrate from QB to Books in January..beginning of fiscal year. I will probably simply start by setting Account Balances and not bother to import prior years. Because I have been playing around with Books, I'd like to do the migration into a blank Books data set. Is there a way to summarily reset all Books data to a pristine state? Ken

Issue with Integration between Zoho CRM with Zoho Books

Now a days, whenever I try to push data with Books for GST1, it always misses some documents push. Delivery note to a vendor
Hi, We have to send goods to a vendor as we require on of its service. As part of the process, this vendor requires a delivery note / Packing slip with the goods we are sending. This is part of their quality process. As we are building a purchase order, we don't see a way to create a packing slip. How can we achieve this to fill our vendor request ? A great improvement would be to have the Packaging feature found in Sales, also in Purchases. Or have it independent :) Thanks
Subcontracting?
I know how to enter bills from subcontractors/vendors, but is there a way to apply that expense toward a project in the time tracking module? I also know that you can enter a vendor expense against a project, but a couple of my vendors send me invoices that I want to be able to track as payables and presently, if I do that, I can't associated that expense with a project. I wouldn't think it would be too difficult to add that option.
Barclays Bank Feeds Issues Continue
We and a number of our clients are having issues with the Barclays Token bank feeds again. The transactions have not been donwloaded for nearly a week now. I raised this with support who eventually say they are looking into the issue, but then receive no updates. Can anyone tell me what is happening, when the matter will be resolved and what is causing the issue? Anyone else have WePay settings disappear?
We have been using WePay for a couple years. We just started getting a message that we need to configure WePay and link the bank account. When I log in to WePay I see our payments received and the disbursement to our bank. Before I can link the bank it says to update our company information. All of the company information has disappeared. If WePay is having a problem, I am reluctant to set it all up again. Has anyone else had this problem?

Vendor Preferred method of payment
Some of our vendors prefer to get paid via ACH or Check or Paypal. How are people tracking how a vendor likes to get paid? We are using a custom field right now to track it, but when creating a bill, that information doesn't show up on the create bill page. I've resorted to adding the data to the PDF of the bill (underneath their address). That seems to be ok, but wondering if there is a better alternative.
Item Search Function
Around 30 minutes ago, the search function for "Items" quit working for us. Any search under the Items tab yields zero results. We can still see all items in the items list. Just no ability to search either by exact item name or any description/reference info. Anyone else having this issue? We need this corrected ASAP. Kevin

We are a rental company, and we take security deposits from customers in advance and we return back to them after 1 month of the leasing period. In Quickbooks, we do 1.issue an invoice with the item name "security deposit" as a current liabilities 2.as we refund back the money to customer, we use credit memo to refund the money back In zoho books, we cannot issue invoice with items as "current liabilities" , so how could I record the above transactions? thanks

Default tax added to tasks on reoccurring invoices
Hey guys having an issue where I send out about 100 invoices each month and every task (for us tasks are considered services) is getting taxed and we have to edit all these invoices each month. I find it hard that nobody else is having this issue. I there any way to have it not put the tax on other than making the customer tax exempt which doesn't allow us to add tax on the goods we sell them?
Can I disable the Portal?
In my use case, I provide a one-time service to a client and therefore have no real use for a portal as a client will almost never receive multiple invoices from me. I don't want to send extra emails and confuse the client by requesting that they sign up for the portal. All I need is for the client to be able to click on the invoice and pay it (or part of it).
