Zoho Theme
Hello, I was working in my Zoho, and I was suprised that I could choose a theme. Maybe its an update, but I like it. When I switched to my contacts my theme was just gone. So my idea is, would it not be nice if the choosen theme is everywhere the same? It would make Zoho complete. Can you please fix it in any next update? I would be glad to hear from you.

Hi zoho, I am using the free version in order to test the solution but I have the message : "Free Version: Users limit exceeded. Upgrade to avoid deactivation". I tried to delete a user (admin@consultar.fr) but the system doesn't accept the password of the superadmin (diego@consultar.fr). Can you delete the admin@consultar.fr ? Thanks! Diego

Adding an alias brings a "Error while processing".
Trying to add an alias for a user and when saving the alias, I get a "Error while processing". How do I fix this? I have logged out and back in and refreshed my browser.

Sorting the list of accounts in the Zoho Mail administration menu
Hello, I have probably missed something but I am unable to sort my list of account users by name. I can only see the first ones created. Is there something existing? How do I add an employee to Mail without mail hosting?
Hi I signed up for Zoho 2 years back and was able to use POP3 to access my email (which is hosted on InMotionHosting) without mail being hosted by Zoho. I recently created an account for an employee and want her to access email (and eventually CRM) but WITHOUT mail hosting. I got an email saying To create mailbox click the link : https://zmail.zoho.com/mailadmin/reqMB.do?uname=mfaruolo10 However, when I click the link, nothing happens. We need to set up Email/CRM quite quickly - please help. Thanks.
Creating a hard bounce for old email account?
Hello, I've had some employees leave and I have deleted their email accounts. Because I have set up a catch-all, I'm now getting all of their emails. Is there a way that I can set up a hard bounce on these addresses to notify that the account no longer exists, or at least an auto response? I've looked through the Help, but can't find anything. "OK" button does not work in Control Panel --> User Details --> Edit Profile
Hi. The "OK" button located at https://mail.zoho.com/biz/cpanel.do --> User Details --> Edit Profile does not work for me. I've tried it using Firefox on windows, and both Firefox and Safari on Mac. The "CANCEL" button beside it does work. Thanks for looking into this, Tim

Formerly, I could see at a glance which folders had unread mails in them and how many .. the number was displayed in BOLD and clearly set aside from FOLDERS' NAMES .. NOW I cannot find the setting to reset back to the Old Setting. Someone seems to have changed the BOLD numbers to some thin-faced dwarfs placed right behind the also-unreadable folders' names, just as if they were PART of those names .. There IS no setting back what things used to be, is there? There IS no self choose page for these
Enabling a Disabled App
I added the Dashboard App but when it locked up I disabled it. I now can't add it as an App using the Add App function. Is there a way to add Apps that have been disabled?
How do I change User Mail Account?
I am a domain administrator. When I set up the first users, I set the email as [firstname].[lastname]@[mydomain].com. Now we have decided to simply use first names instead of firstname.lastname as the email address. Other Domains are not showing under the main account
Hi, I have 4 different domains & email addresses and was using google apps. I have been migrating everything over to zoho. However, the various email addresses associated with each domain, whilst they show up in the domain management area, are not showing up in the mail/inbox. The mail itself migrated across, but only the google folders/labels from one email account - the emails themselves are all under the all mail list - one big mess! Hi - I'm brand new to Zoho and learning how to use it. So far only the first half of setting up mail hosting was easy. I signed up for a Zoho account a little while ago. Today, I added my (existing) domain by going into "Control Panel" and "Domains", then I verified using the CNAME method. I waited over an hour, and clicked verify. Hello I am evaluating Zoho as an alternative to Google apps and finding myself with a couple of questions. Firstly, how many aliases is it possible for a single mailbox to have? I have a legacy mailbox with a lot of them (a hundred at least) and would like to be able to replicate it. Secondly, is it possible to sync mail, contacts and calendar in an ActiveSync fashion? Hi, How to disable contact sharing between multiple domains? I have multiple domains under single email account. The problem is all email ids are automatically shared through AddressBook (means a user from domainA can see all email ids of both domainA as well as domainB). I am trying to set up email for 3 domains on the trial version to see if ZoHo will work for our company and our situation. I want to clarify, that I am probably just not seeing it – but after setting up and verifying one of the domains I cannot see where an individual user can log into their email via the 'cloud' or webmail. I can find the mailbox via the web for the administrator, but not for an individual user. What address would we give them to log into their mail and view their email box? Please
