Can't save imap access settings
Hi, I've set " IMAP Access disabled " to " IMAP Access enabled " at user detail -> mail accounts, there appear info about changes, but after reloading page, there is set back red " IMAP Access disabled ". How can I save this settings?

Hello, I am helping two different clients of mine to setup a ZOHO mail with the domains they own - with no luck. The domains are: statyklaiku(dot)lt darbokonsultavimas(dot)lt When adding a domain, I am getting an error: "Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported." but I found that this error message is misleading and actually (from previous experience with previous clients) it should state, that the setup process with that domain has been started in another

Can't access the account
Hi, I'm having problems with signing in to the free e-mail service. I tried to set up the account with my own domain (browarignis.pl) and at first it seemed that I've succeceeded, but now it stopped working: I can't access my mail account (lukasz at browarignis.pl) - all I get is an error page with message "Account not Active". I can access Zoho Accounts page though and change e.g. password and it seems I'm still logged in into this forum. I tried to log in with different browser and it's not possible

My Domain Name expired. It has been fixed. My MX records are pointing correctly. But email is not working

I can't get email on my Mac if mail on iPhone is open!
If I have my mail program open on my phone, I can't get mail on my computer. It says "The mail server denied access to the account “••••••••••••” because an administrator or other mail client was using it when Mail tried to log in. Try again later." Is there a way to fix this? I sometimes need both open.
