How can many users use same e-mail address?
Hello, We have non profit NGO and 5 people are using 1 email address. How can 5 people enter the same e-mail, and each each of them has unique name and signature? Basically I want that when you click to compose mail you can choose who sends this email and signature will change correspondingly (different name and suriname, different signature but same mail@) I don't want to add aliases because if I add johndoe@mail.com, and that person leaves our organization then we won't receive mail if someone

Anti-spam filter controllers ignore white list and allowed recipients. I have one email registered in white plus allowed and ever this email goes to quarantine spf filter. Why? White list / Allowed recipients must be > others filters control. What is difference between White list and allowed recipients? Thank you.

I have a new domain "academiapedrofernandes.com.br" and registered user "patricia@academiapedrofernandes.com.br" at zoho. But this was not a valid email. after that I registered my personal gmail and I verified the domain. However I can not add the user "patricia@academiapedrofernandes.com.br" because: "Email Id already registered" or create a alias: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." when I login in "patricia@academiapedrofernandes.com.br"
