Cannot login in zoho mail
Hi, we are not able to login into zoho mail. When the login button is clicked there is no action being performed. https://www.zoho.com/mail/# is the url that being processed when clicked which doesn't have any action. Please look into it and fix asap. Regards Madhu

Account hacked
Hi, I think my account has been hacked as my password has changed and the security question prompt isn't what I would set it to. I emailed Zoho's support address this morning but haven't heard anything from Zoho. Please could I get some advice on what I should do? I am unable to change the password or set up MFA as I need the answer to the security question. Thanks
Missing Attachment
Just in the last two weeks, I have been having a large number of emails that people are sending with attachments, but there are none attached when it arrives in my inbox. They are not weird or dangerous attachments, they are just normal jpegs or PDFs but they are just not there. I have the customer send them to my other gmail account and they come through just fine. Is there something that has changed in the way ZOHO handles these attachments or is there a setting I can change to make it go back

I am receiving this email when trying to send an email. I am able to receive emails from others just fine. I have not reached the free 5 GB limit. Why am I receiving this error and what can be done about it?

I can't send attachments larger then 250mb
Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help, I am a Graphic designer and the majority of the .MP4 files (Audio and visual) I download and use are well about 250mb.. I need to send them back and forth through mail often but it wont allow me and I've had to come up with awkward round-abouts as I cannot figure out the problem. I created my Zoho account today. I am attempting to verify I own the Domain hroberthuke.com using the CNAME method. I'm using the free plan. i got an email that saying Allocated Storage 5120 MB 5.00 GB Mail Storage (including the storage utilized by POP Accounts) 3842 MB 3.75 GB why my mail storage got reduced to 3.75GB , i want to reallocated my whole storage to 5GB for the email. how can i do that?

June emails all unread and un-deleted over IMAP
The Zoho mail web interface shows the correct status of messages. Suddenly today, the last 3-4 weeks of messages in IMAP show up as unread, and my inbox and one other folder show hundreds of messages that had been deleted previously. this is just ridiculous, I can send emails but never receive any emails at all. I set everything up and when you call they act like they dont know their own service. How do i get this to work. Duplicate emails in inbox
