Internal Server Error when using message search API
Hello, I am building an app to enable us to check our user's email directly from our dashboard, I have successfully accessed the Messages / View API without problem, but when I tried to use the Messages / Search API I encountered a 500 Internal Server Error, For the parameters I only sent the searchKey parameter. Problema con correos extra de mi dominio
Estimados, Les escribo porque tengo un problema con mi dominio baggagist.com El tema es que tengo creadas 10 cuentas dentro de mi dominio de bluehosting y contraté 4 cuentas con ustedes, debido a que las reviso constantemente. Mi problema es que las otras 6 cuentas (que no están inscritas en zoho) no pueden recibir mails, necesito tener esas cuentas activas, sólo que no desde zoho. Me pueden ayudar por favor? Saludos. Unable to Receive Emails after configuring MX, SPF and DKIM
Hi Team, I have configured the domain gokulcapacitors.com with right MX, SPF and DKIM records on my domain. But when I try to send an email to info@gokulcapacitors.com it give me an error Invalid Address, Error Code : 550. Can I get the solution for this problem?
Horribly slow, emails delayed up to 1hour...
Is there a problem today? Our internal mail has become spotty,and terribly slow. Please reply with an update. This is yet another major issue that will be a serious factor in my choice of email server at the end of this calendar year.
IMAP synchronisation
Hi ZOHO, I have IMAP activated on my account and I access my mails from two devices. Until 11th of July everything was working fine. Since 12th of July I don't see any new mails on the devices. But I do in the web mail client. Can you help? Thanks in advance. Regards Tomasz
Mailbox Keeps Accumulating Even When "Delete" Option Checked
I'm forwarding all mail from one of my inboxes to a Gmail account (no POP, IMAP, etc.). I've also set the mailbox to "Delete Zoho Mail's copy". However, the Zoho inbox keeps filling up, and I'm routinely getting emails that the mailbox is full. None of my other Zoho inboxes are experiencing this problem, even though the settings are identical. Do you know how I can resolve this? Thanks in advance!

User unfriendly interface
I still can't understand why you changed to this new email format as the user interface is so unfriendly. It was great before. For example, when I want to "reply", why do I have to hunt around the screen for a teeny tiny little arrow? There should be a big bold tab that clearly says REPLY. Not a tiny little flim flam of a crooked arrow. You have this huge screen to use after all. Why don't we make life better for each other when it is easily possible? Other than that I do not know what your goal
Email issues
Hi, I am having two issues with emails, the first one is that not all emails are being synced down to my mobile app and have to go to the web portal to view them some are spam but want them downloaded as some are false positives. Second I am not receiving all email and think there is a routing issue, the main ones I am noticing are password reset emails which are going missing, my email is not on any black lists and cant see any errors. Can anyone please help?
Super-admin quarantined spam page not working, gives an "Oops!" error
For the last day or two, the quarantined spam page on my super-admin control-panel shows "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later" either immediately on entry or after refreshing the page, and also doesn't show any spam messages (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my cache and cookies, using a different browser (Edge rather than Chrome), and even using a different PC, but nothing fixes it. Just talked this over with the wordpress tech support, they said everything is set-up correctly even the zoho settings(They checked the SMTP settings). adding continuous additional table
My question is that , suppose while sending mail I added some tables in my compose page .. Say 5 rows and 5 columns. I started to enter my data inside the tables. Later I need to add another few rows as a continuation of the existing tables. When I do like this , a gap occurs in between the newly inserted row and the previously inserted set of tables. ( check attached Picture for better understanding) . Question is how to get rid of gap ? Need the additional table as a continuation without any gap.

Trying to setup a new free Zoho mail account for a new domain. Getting stuck up during the registration process. Non working functions.
Two things:- 1. Try to reply to incoming emails but the 'reply' arrow and 'reply all' icons do not work, all the time. 2. The select field 'select all' appears to tick all boxes but then, the 'delete' button does not clear the selected emails.

Emails have disappeared from my inbox and sent folder
Hello When I logged into my Zoho account this morning I found that all messages in my inbox received after 24th July have disappeared. The same for messages in my sent folder. Messages in other folders, Notifications and Newsletters are not affected so far. I haven't deleted them. They are not in spam. They were there, then they weren't. Please can you restore them.
