IMAP doesn't seem to be working with Microsoft Outlook
I have added the following settings as per the page. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html However, after multiple tries, I keep getting this error message for both the SMTP and the IMAP, and I get this error. Your email server rejected your login My email address is gladwyn@whalesandshrimps.com, and yes the IMAP and POP services, including ActiveSync are all updated.

Hi, I am trying to setup an autoresponder for a dead drop email. Basically - you can email in your work to this email address and it replies to show it was received. Of course in that email is proof of receipt and time and date stamp. I setup an out of office reply but it seems that it is smartly configured to only send one out of office reply a day. So multiple work assignments can not be sent in one day? Any hints or other work around ideas appreciated. Thanks,

How do I Import email zips to multiple accounts through mail.admin
Long story short... Moving from zoho.com server to zoho.eu Have 4 different zip files for four different users. Want to use mailadmin to allocate the zips to each account without having to go into each user account and import. Must be a way of doing this as Zoho are pitching themselves to big companies.
Linked Account Won't "Unlink"
It looks like I somehow linked my Zoho email and yahoo email (don't exactly remember doing this), but I can't unlink the accounts. In the Zoho email settings it shows "no accounts linked", but my Zoho inbox is still flooded with email from my yahoo account. Additionally, when I sign in to Zoho and the page is loading, it's showing my yahoo email. How do I get these unlinked? The yahoo account gets nothing but pure spam and it's junking up my Zoho inbox.

I registered on Zoho Mail on Fri, Oct 9, 2015 at 1:01 PM via godfrey@entouragebusinesssolution.com, added an organization Kents and Kents with emails @kentsandkents.com. The issue is that I longer have access to godfrey@entouragebusinesssolution.com the domain name is no longer functional. Too much spam! Is there a way of filtering spam by subject into a separate folder?
I like to check through my spam folder occasionally, for genuine emails that have been incorrectly marked as spam. Now, I am getting so many spam emails that checking the spam folder is not practical. I am getting as many as 200 each day from fraudulent dating/porn sites. These usually include the words “hookup” or “f***buddy” in the subject line, and are all from different domains. Is there a way of filtering spam emails that include these words in their subject line into a separate folder ?
Unable to point to AWS Route 53 Domain
My Domain is www.ygcbharat.org purchased from Godaddy but at present managed by AWS Route 53. Before 14 hours, i have added MX Records, SPF and DKIM to AWS Route 53 domain settings. But, till the time, i am unable to receive mail to my above domain as well as zoho shows error that "The MX Records of your domain(s) ygcbharat.org are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho" You are kindly requested to please guide, if any issue at my side or resolve the issue.

I'm really confused by Mail. I signed up for ONE, for my company, CATI. We have email though GoDaddy and Outlook. When I opened mail for the 1st time it had me create a new email with the same domain as my godaddy emails (livecati.com) will all my employees get ANOTHER free email with Zoho One? Can we migrate everything over if we choose?

Hi, I am planning to upgrade my free trial to a paid one with Basic membership, I have couple of questions. 1- Under a basic membership, how many individual domains can I add? 2- I want to integrate my Zoho email ID into the Gmail inbox, would basic membership allow that? 3- Could I get a ZohoMail only plan for less number of domains? MX and SPF records not updating in email admin Cpanel
My domain is www.reanin.com I have updated my MX records to point towards zoho 48 hours back, but my email admin control panel still shows a message that the MX entries are incorrect and hence I am not receiving any messages. Hello after exceeding my mailbox limit I’ve deleted nearly everything in my mailbox but I’m still being told I’m using 90% - 4.5mb i can’t find anymore hidden mail. I’ve deleted sent items and deleted the deleted items. I’m at a loss as to how I can further reduce the size of the mailbox.

Hi I wish to create am email list, so i can put, say EmailList in the To: box, and it will send to about 50 email addresses i have associated with EmailList. I see Contacts can only have 5 email addresses. It seems i could make a Group, but as far as i can see i would have to invite the 50 people to join this group, which they might be suspicious of. And i am not clear if this would mean they could see the other addresses in the Group, and email to them, which would nt be appropriate. In Gmail
