Hi Support, I am unable to send or receive emails on my Zoho mail (support@montessoritraining.in). My Inbox was full and hence it was blocked. I have cleared the emails now and its at 45% usage now. However, my outgoing and incoming emails are still blocked. Please suggest a fix. Regards, Suneel

CNAME / TXT Method Validations Failed
Hi, I just purchased the Zoho solution for email and I'd like to setup everything for my Shopify store. Unfortunately I encounter some troubles with the domain verification. I tried both CNAME Method and the TXT Method but neither work. I always get the same type of popup ( https://gyazo.com/06d4aac833085f0c6728576a681c7001) though the information look correct on the Shopify admin panel. Help would be much appreciated. Windows 10 Mail Client - Attachment download error
I am using ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail app. While the emails sync I keep getting the error "We couldn't download one or more of the attachments. Please try again later.". I have tried to delete the account, reset up the account and also have tried disabling and enabling mail sync. Nothing seems to be working. Having account in Zoho CRM and managing mails from Zoho Mail but now decided to use Microsoft Outlook, then for sure you to export Zoho Mail emails data to Outlook and if you use synchronizing Zoho Mail to Outlook option then because of firewall and synchronizing protocols you will not able to access Zoho Mail emails to MS Outlook, so here I am recommending to convert Zoho Mail to PST format with this Zoho Mail to Outlook Converter software I have used this software for them purpose.
