Can you help it was working fine but then since today morning none of our email accounts receive emails. i verified this error by sending my self a test mail via my gmail account other users also confirmed that they are not receiving emails

Hi, I configured my DNS MX Records, SPF, DKIM and got them all verified in my Zoho Mail Control Panel. I'm unable receive mails from gmail. I did some test on DNSstuff.com and received this error: SMTP greeting Malformed greeting or no A records found matching banner text for following servers, and banner is not an address literal. RFC5321 requires one or the other (should not be a CNAME). If this is not set correctly, some mail platforms will reject or delay mail from you, and can cause hard to diagnose issues with deliverability. Subject line of new mail not empty
When composing new mail the subject line is pre-filled with my email address I do not have any templates. Need help in restoring to default behavior where subject line is empty.

Email will not print all pages
I can only print the first page of e-mails. What is up with that? I've tried PDF-ing them, but it still only pdf's the first page.
Drafts not Auto-Saving
Just as the title says. I have a wonky keyboard at the moment and sometimes it will jump back and delete text on its own. When I try to retrieve a draft, there's nothing in the Drafts folder. What happened?

Hello, we just finish a crowdfunding campaign and we are sending our backers some personalice thank you email from our Soho email befee@qhispikayecolodge.com (linked to a gmail account). Unfortunate after sending over 10 of this emails we were blocked. Please help us to solve this, we are not sending any SPAM, i think the error was because we were putting over 10MB of attachment per email. We have correct this by attaching the pictures using google drive. Thank you

Unable to Verify Account
I have tried calling 6 times today only for the call to time out after not being answered. I am trying to verify a domain that I registered but I am unable to verify. I tried starting again and I now get an error stating that the domain cannot be used or is already registered with Zoho. Trouble send e-mails to my zoho e-mail account.
I have just setup my e-mail account with zoho which is admin@quinte69.ca. I can see that MX Tools indicates there is a DNS record error but I don't understand what is wrong with it. If I send an e-mail to admin@quinte69.ca using my Gmail account, either through Chrome or through Thunderbird, it works. Hello. I created an account here a month ago with this email smarteam3d@gmail.com pointed to this email adress contact@smarteam3d.com. Everything works fine until now when I can't receive mails from my website. It works to send mail from gmail as example to contact, but not directly from website.
