Unable to receive emails with correct MX records
I am unable to receive emails. I am getting 550 error saying SMTP authentication failed on the receiving server. I have made all necessary changes. Still unable to receive emails. Domain name mrkcivil.com

Hi I have a trouble with my email since a week, the server from zoho told me that MXRecords is not properly set up, I checked with my provider and changed with the steps recommended. Email verification failed, tried all 3 ways
I have tried all the 3 ways you mentioned for email setting up, domain verification. site is tangybox.com, it is hosted on AWS and domain is on Bigrock.in 1. added CNAME, error: There are no CNAME Records found for your domain. 2. added TXT, error: There are no TXT Records found for your domain. 3. tried html method, you can see: http://tangybox.com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html and again error: host not found. And its not like I am checking instantly, but I have waited for over 1 day for each.

Account with own domain, IMAP vs IMAPPRO
I have own domain and I use it for this ZOHO mail plan. I use eM Client (and Thunderbird) email plan in my PC. My settings incoming server are imappro.zoho.com (port 993). Emails coming in eM Client and Thunderbird only when I restart program. If I change incominserver imap.zoho.com (port 993) then everything are ok. Why so? What is different imappro vs imap?

I am having difficulty in figuring out how to set Zoho mail as my default mail client. I want Zoho email, calendar to replace G-mail and Google Calendar. I also want Zoho Write, Sheet to be my default applications. I can't understand why this is so difficult as compared to setting Google or Office as the default. Background randomly changed. I need it back to white
I had the fern green theme. The background color was white, and the buttons and such were fern green. I went to my mail today, and it all looked normal, but right after I clicked compose, the background just changed to black. I did drop my mouse, so I figured some setting was accidentally selected. I went into settings, and I couldn't figure out how to fix this. See image below. I just want it to be white again.

I am receiving the above error when I attempt to send mail. My admin panel shows the account as now blocked from November 13, 2017 till "infinite" the type as "outgoing" and the description as "unknown". When I attempt to follow the instructions for troubleshooting/unblocking, I receive an error message which states "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com" However, because outgoing mail is blocked, I cannot send email to the support address.
