trouble verifying my domain name
Hi I have trouble verifying my domain name. i have followed exactly as directed--my DNS is on dreamhost, and added the zb code etc. I tried to verify a few ways including inputting the zb code plus yourdomain.com way but Is till got this: This site can’t be reached

Hi , I have hosted my domain with a CPanel hosting and pointed what are needed to zoho for email exchanges. MX records are pointed properly and even the SPF and DKIM are configured correctly . Still i am not able to receive emails especially from gmail. Please look into the issue and give me a solution. Thanks in advance

CNAME Verification Problem
Hi, I have been trying to setup my email for the past 3-4 days and every time its saying CNAME verfication is failed. I tried HTML too but no success. Added CNAME record in bigrock and is active as you can see that in the above picture. Kindly help. Naresh
User already exists in your org
We had a user called admin@gochotu.com, I tried to rename it to admins@gochotu.com but I got a message "User already exists in your org". Then I deleted admin@gochotu.com and tried to create admins@gochotu.com but I still get "User already exists in your org". Please help. Thanks, Bilal Ahmed

Why are my forum posts now "awaiting moderation"?
I have made a lot of posts to try to help zoho overcome their many problems. Other users have commended some of these posts. As of today, it seems that my posts are now being censored by zoho! All users to the forums of course have their initial posts await moderation to assist to reduce spam in the forums. However, once that has been lifted there is not more awaiting moderation. I am unable to receive any emails. I can send emails fine without any problem. The issue only started recently as I did receive emails fine before. I checked my MX record for the domain and it is showing that it is set correctly.

I saw the IMAP announcement but I'm unclear if I can continue to use IMAP on a long-established free account or if I need to switch to paid (or move to another provider). Are existing accounts grandmothered?

Tenho 3 contas, e duas delas estão com problemas para receber e-mails, a conta senac@joaopaganella.com.br e a conta fotografo@joaopaganella.com.br não estão recebendo e-mails, verifiquei e a entrada de e-mails está desabilitada e agora aparece uma mensagem que para liberar tem que pagar... Mas eu fiz o cadastro e liberava até 10 contas de e-mail gratuitas.

Can't move emails to subfolders
When I create a subfolder within mail.zoho.com it shows up in my apple mail. When I move an email to that subfolder, it's not showing up in the online version of mail. Only in the subfolder on apple mail. Then it creates a new folder ex. One Two then it creates a top level folder that looks like this. One.Two --- I then get an error on Mail, when I click on the subfolder that says, "The operation couldn’t be completed. (MCMailErrorDomain error 1030.)" "The name “One.Two” can’t be used.
All external incoming mails are getting rejected!
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with respect to w***********u.com domain for which mail services are provided by Zoho. All the mails from GMail, Hotmail and other external mail providers are getting rejected. But the mails internally from Zoho (w***********u.com) accounts are getting delivered to w***********u.com accounts. The mail gets rejected for all users. Error with Zoho Mail Suite sync and Outlook 2016

I have downloaded and installed the "Zoho Mail Suite Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 32 bit" from here https://www.zoho.com/calendar/39746644/ZohoMail-SuiteSync.exe and installed it on a Windows 7 System (.NET 4.0/4.5 installed) with Outlook 2016. After launching the Plug-In it asks me for Username and Password. I enter them and afterwards nothing happens. The user/pass dialog remains open but unresponsive, I have to kill the "Zoho_Mail_Suite_Sync.exe" in Task-Manager. I have checked the zohoplugin.log:
New Emails Showing Up Under ZMNewsletter Folder
I noticed that new emails I have coming in are going both under the Views of Unread and the Folder of ZMNewsletter. Any ideas why these would be showing up under ZMNewsletter? Also, is there a way to just have new emails appear only under the Inbox instead of the Unread view?
SMTP Access Denied
Hello, I have SMTP enabled for my mail accounts, but the connection from another client is refused almost every time, but I am entering the correct credentials (as they are the same when the connection is accepted). I couldn't find any errors in the admin panel, and it is not the client, as I have tried multiple clients with the same problem. Only once was it able to connect, with the exact same credentials as when it was refused.
