How to read the email by API
Team, I want to read the zoho email by API and process the content. Could you share sample PHP programs if you have an repository already?
Consolidation of mails based on subject.
Hi Team, I need a clarification on the the View of mails in my Inbox. Mails that are related to one particular subject gets sorted/combined and the view is like a single mail. To find the latest conversation on that subject, We need to click on the mail in the list and have to find the latest. I do not want this to happen in this way, instead need the latest mail on top of the inbox and no need to have a consolidation based on subject. Is there a way to do that, Please let me know. cannot create domain based email account
trying to add a new domain based email account. When I attempt to create a new account [let's use info for example], I add info before the @. After entering the captcha code, I always get the "Sorry unable to process popup. Help please
User blocked due to using all storage now unable to delete emails
One of our users have used all 5 GB of storage on their account causing incoming and outgoing to be blocked. Using the web interface (mail.zoho.com) no longer works as the error "Unable to connect to messaging server" is being displayed. How can we delete emails to clear up space on the account?

ZOHO on US Government blacklist? ZOHO doesn't care?

Hello, Our user's ( busra@eyuboglubuyukatak.av.tr ) mail account has been blocked by system due to storage usage. We cleared 25 % of the storage but system still doesn't allow us to send/receive e-mails. It is very important for us so please help us as soon as possible.

don't seem to be recieving all of my emails.
I do get some but some don't show up. I am pretty sure about this because all of my emails get copied/forwarded to my other email and I get some in there but they don't show up here. not sure what is going on, I am pretty sure my MX records are right but I am nowhere near an expert in all of this stuff.

Hi, I set up the MX Records on Namecheap yesterday. However, on Zoho Mail it still says that "The MX Records of your domain(s) thebrnx.com are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho."
