On Projects-Forum my screen is not wide enough to read the posts
My screen is not as wide as needed in the standard way zoho is showing a forumpost (Projects). the middle column should be wider. Now I cannot read the last part of the lines of the post, and there is no horizontal scroll-bar. Are there any settings I can set? Sigridt Below is a part of the screen, where you can see the word is cut and the sentence continues behind the right panel.

Project Templates Failing to Show Tasklists/Task
Hello, We use project templates to do many of our projects and for some reason when we create a new project (on 3/3/2015) the preset tasklists/tasks are not showing up. Anyone else having this problem or does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance. Phil

I have 130 archive project and need to get the report of all the hours against them, is there any way to obtain this report without having to re-activated all the project one by one?! if not it means I should do the project settings change 260 times to be able to generate a report!

Task comments no new lines
There is annoying problem with the task comments. There is no news lines and the whole comment is displayed on single line.

Just started using Clients with our Zoho Project and after creating a Forum Announcement, it looks like the internal team received an email notification, but the Clients did not. Announcements are suppose to go to everyone on the project, correct?

Hi All I need to use Projects in combination with CRM - I am both a sales person and deliver projects. So I have the following issues - I cant see how you integrate the Projects Calendar with the CRM Calendar? Linking google docs to Zoho Projects - not working as it should
When I add a document or spreadsheet from my google drive to a project in Zoho, it does not link to the document or spreadsheet on google drive. Instead, it imports a Microsoft file format version of my google doc into Zoho Projects. Recurring Annual Tasks - How to Filter
In Zoho Projects, we are setting up all tasks to recur Annually. When we mark an item complete, the recurring task for the next year (2016) shows up again in the active list and it is confusing because we don't need to see them yet until next year, we only want to see the tasks that need to be done this year. Just wondering whether there might be any plans to better integrate Zoho Project (document storage management) and Zoho Docs. So for example: If I add a document from Zoho Docs to Zoho Projects docs section, edit it and then save. The version on Zoho Docs will still be the unedited version. Creating Tasks having duration in hours per Day
Hi Team, If you find this is duplicate question please ignore. Can I create a task in zoho project with duration in no. of hours/ Day. Because when a employee is assign to two or more projects the resource allocation graph shows that employee is overloaded. But employee can work x hours of his total hours for one project and remaining hours for another assigned project. In this case employee is not overloaded. This creates problem while resource planning. One can see all his employee as a overloaded.

I am looking to create a task (e.g. Pre-release Testing) that would span a week, for 5 people. How would I create the task, showing the resources required so that I can see the gap and assign appropriately? Would I need to create a task w/ 5 sub-tasks? Then each sub-task could be assigned a "generic-user" and I could gauge my gaps overall by how over-subscribed by "generic-user" is?

Currently that doesn't seem to work. But since the bug id is the unique identifier of a bug, we use it in our conversations. "Can you look up XXX12 so we can discuss it?". Now, we first need to go to the project, click "Bugs" and scroll to the bug.
Chat doesn't save the discussion even If you Uncheck the "Set history off"
This is one bug I'd like to inform you about. Projects 5 checks this "Set history off" box automatically on. Even if every participant of the chat uncheck the box it will be checked next time you turn chat on. And there is no trace of previous conversation. Keep up the good work Cheers

I'm not getting email Update Notifications on Bugs
If I create a ticket, I will receive an email notification. If someone responds or comments on the ticket, I am not receiving notifications. I am "following" the ticket, and all my notifications are set to on in my profile. I double checked SPAM and there's nothing in SPAM. I am using Google apps for email. What would prevent me from receiving notifications?

I have been using Zoho Projects for a while now and have a few issues that I am wondering if you all might have insight into. I manage web projects. I have more than 100 clients running their projects at the same time. Every project gets assigned the same project template with project phases and tasks. Add additional information to exported tasks
Hi, is it possible to include additional columns when exporting tasks? In the specific case it might be possible that person A marks a task complete which is assigned to person B. On the activities tab of the task I can see, that person B changed the status from open to close but I would like see this information when exporting the tasks to xls. This could be something like "Last action taken by" or "Marked complete by" Many thanks Tom
Project Mobile Help
This is from my iphone 6. When I'm under a specific project and I'm viewing tasks I'm able to filter so I can view the tasks of other "owners" as well as other filter options. When I go to "my tasks across projects" there is no filter. I would really like to be able to view "all owners" tasks across all projects as well as other filters. Is this available and I'm just not seeing it? Thank you!
