Major issue
I am having an issue with the Zoho Resumé Extractor plugin for Chrome. Chrome is fully up to date, as is Windows. I am trying to extract basic text from a PDF that is open in Chrome. The moment I do this, the plugin says "Oops, some error occurred" and then it literally will not work on ANY page, site or file... unless I uninstall then reinstall the plugin. Any ideas??

Hi, I am configuring Zoho Recruit. I have inserted a field in the candidate form called Job opening (lookup field -> job openings -> Position title). Is there a way to achieve that through selecting a position title and saving it, the candidate gets "Associated to" the job opening selected in the form?

Zoho marking exchange server mail as unread
Hi guys, we have just realised all mail on our Exchange server is showing as unread now once Zoho mail has pulled it, even though it it getting left on server. I don't think that used to happen and in any case it damages our workflow, how to fix please? Do we have a setting wrong or is it error on your end?
Cannot send linkedin invitation to a candidate in zoho recruit
I cannot "send invitation" to a candidate on linkedin using zoho recruit. I get an error "could not send invitation" (Please see the attached screen shot). Can you please let me know if this is an error on your end or if I am doing something wrong. I look forward to your comments.
Avoiding Duplicate Records
We have created an online application within Zoho, however, many of our older records were added prior to this application being created. I'd like to send an email to those Candidates and have them update their application. However, my testing shows that Zoho Recruit won't recognize the email when they create their Log In (I've checked the box requiring a log in).
