Jobs not yet published
We have published almost three different jobs in last one week, but no one is appearing in the other websites like indeed etc, please fix this as early as possible.

Email is not functioning properly. Messages are stuck in outbox till I go in an check off the box that tells me they are not sent and then select "send now" Is Zoho having problems with the system? Kat

Zoho not publishing to job sites
URGENT- no jobs published on any sites again--- continuing problem for over 60 days. Is anyone else having problems getting the jobs published-- more of the problem is no one fixing it at zoho after continuous requests.

Problems w/ Zoho Resume Chrome Extension
Hi there, I recently found and installed the Chrome extension to parse resumes. At first it connected fine and I imported 4-5 resumes without an issue, associating some to jobs as well. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I've tried reloading the page as specified. I also closed and reopened the browser as a second step. Then even rebooted after logging out of zoho, and back in. None of these fixed my issue. I've also uninstalled the extension, then reinstalled it, and now it won't even connect
Candidate Search functionality - searching only fields, or also attached resume?
When you run a Search in Recruit, is it only searching in the database fields, or is it also searching in the attached resume? I seem to be pulling up candidates who only have the search term in their resume, not in any field. If so, does the resume have to be in a certain file format for it to search it, or does it auto search in any file type?
copy candidates from one job to another
I am unable to copy candidates from one job to another. We already have a list of candidates we would like to attach them al to new job. Instead of adding them one by one. Can you please suggest how can we do this?

Automated resume parsing
Is the resume email we use rvekev@resumes.zohorecruit.com an account that is visible to me? IE: I can see the emails received? I ask because we use craigslist a lot and I currently I have to parse them from my gmail account into rvekev and it is quite time consuming. I am having issues with Parsing from a resume. Please HELP!!! I have previously done this procedure successfully and now there seems to be a problem. When I import candidate from a document ... the application is blank and I must manually enter all candidate info.
Export single Contact from CRM to Recruit
Is it possible to export a single contact from Zoho CRM to Recruit? We don't want to export them all as we only have Clients who are actually interested in using us in Recruit, therefore keeping it much tidier. Therefore, we don't want to export all contacts, or those that have been updated recently, or any of the options you have. We just want to be able t tick a box and for that single contact to be exported.
