candidate export in zoho recruit
Dear Zoho recruit Team, I tried to forward a set of applications to a customer. Unfortunately the system sends for each selected candidate a single email to the customer and I am sure he wouldnt like me to stuff his email account with dozens of emails each day. So I thought, ok if that doesnt work, perhaps I can just send an .xls file with the candidates to the customer as an attachment. The issue is, that I cant export a selection of candidates; I can only export all of them at once (up to 1000).
Suggestions for improvement
I am not able to save searches on Zoho Recruit, which means I have to run them again if I click out of it. You should be able to link a job opening to a specific client contact so that any notes on the job record update on that contact's record also and you can easily track feedback and updates.
integration with an invoice program
Are there any accounting or invoice programs that integrate with zoho recruit? If not, I'm curious how other zoho recruit users manage client invoicing?

What I would like to know is this: Is there a way that when option "advanced search" is selected, that the new frame does not display "https://recruit.zoho.com/ats/AdvancedSearchJo.hr" at the top?? Not Functional
Hello, In the "Job openings" and "Candidates" tabs, where there should be a list of executable features, there is nothing. Only the little "see related help" icon. There is nothing else there. It shows up for a second and then disappears. I am using the most up-to-date version of Firefox. I was considering using this product as a substitute for my current ATS/CRM, but I've got to say, my first impression has not been a good one. What is going on, here?

Not functional
So I'm just now trying out your product and when I go to the "job openings" or "Candidates" tab, the only thing I see in the field to the left is the "see related help" icon, whereas I should be able to access the different features. Why can't I access these features? Not a good first impression, I must say.
Advanced search within an advanced search
How do you do an advanced search inside an advanced search result set? For example, if I was to ask for all client records where the city is not blank. Once the result set is returned, how do I search only on those returned records to find the ones where the city is not equal to Vancouver? I tried using the and function with one search and it returned records with a city of Vancouver.

Issues with changing search results to grid view
When you do a search for a candidate/ work skill etc and the results come up it goes into the default view. When you try and look at it in grid view it looses the search. Can you fix this as your default view is useless to quickly review multiple candidates..

Changing the characteristics of a field within the Candidate record
If you have a field already defined in your Candidate record (i.e. province) and it is defined as a text field, how do you change it to be a picklist? The only option it currently provides is to change the name of the field.
How to share database

Customize Candidate Form
I have used the free version enough to decide I like the Software, however after upgrade today, I am trying to customize the candidate form and am very frustrated/discouraged at this point. I am not quite sure how to handle: Owner Source Created-on Date I was figure these were implemented to support internal features, however I see it showing up on the application itself - I think it looks very unprofessional and it would be unclear to a candidate applying (as well as myself) as to what to put here.

Buttons to "add a candidate" and other commands are way across the page. Scrolling to them is laborious.
I am scrolling across the candidate page to "add a candidate". Could these buttons be place across the top conveniently like a tool bar so that one doesn't have to scroll all the way across the page to click on the "add a candidate" and the other commands?
Candidates submitted using web form not appearing
I'm currently using the free version of Zoho Recruit to trial the app. I've embedded a candidate application form on a website (a form that is not associated with any particular job) and done a couple of test applications. The applications are now in the Recruit database but I can only find them by doing a search i.e. they do not appear when I browse candidates, nor when I use a filter for status 'New'. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? The

I wish to setup a customized solution for a client, using Recuit. I do do not see customization options for Recruit as there are for CRM. Do I need to first setup CRM as the base for Recruit functionality. Or, is it possible to go only with Recruit and not use CRM?
