send resume to client
I'm evaluating Zoho Recruit. How do I send the candidate resume, without the candidate email address to a client. I've tried following the help instructions, but the info isnt being received by the dummy client I set up (me)
Difference in Time Zones issue
When arranging an interview between people who are in different time zones. eg. I am in London so using GMT, my candidate is in Paris so - CET, my client is in New York so - EST What is the best way to set up an interview / calender event so that all parties recieve the invite for their relevant time zones? Arranging interview email with an attachment not working
For "Email to interviewer on scheduling interview" I have created a template that says: In preparation for your interview with ${Candidate first name} ${Candidate last name} on ${Interview Date} ${Interview Time} I attach an up to date copy of their CV. Full details of the interview to be conducted by you as below: Now there is a tick box at the bottom of the template that lets you automatically attach a copy of the candidates formatted CV to the email. The issue here is that the CV is never attached
A candidate record
You should only ever have to add a candidate record once. You should then be able to attach it to a client record when required / appropriate. When a person is working for a client, they are a client contact, when they are not, they are a candidate.
Client / company URL
The client record should have a field to put in the URL of their Web site, it should not be on the client contact record.
A client record
A client should be any company that you wish to track. There should be a status drop down box to identify what type of record they are. Client should not mean "client" it should mean "company". You would then stipulate whether they are a client, a prospect or source in the status drop down box. Clients become sources, sources become clients over time.
A candidate record

Searching for / Adding a client or candidate
When you perform a search on a candidate or a client and it is not found, it should offer you the option to add the record in that same results window

Filtering / Grouping candidates
Hello, congratulations desenvovlida tool has huge potential. But several major areas that still does not cover, and are vital to your success. Example: We can only have one active form to reply! That makes no sense. But I wonder if we can create groups of candidates, so we manage better oursample, their areas of expertise and skills available. We can create macro and sub-groups of candidates? Example 1: Group Home: Engineers Sub-group: mechanical Child Group: Aviation tags: Foo; AZA; BCDF, etc ...
Editing Search Query
when we made a search using a query , mouse click is not able to edit the same query for next search... if we use mouse click for editing query ,by default it selects all query...so we are forced to use keyboard arrow keys to edit the old search query... This restriction slow down the process of searching...

Can we add another "Clients" section and label it "Government". Also rename "Clients" to "Commercial Clients"

Glich in "rejecting" candidates
Every time I reject an associated candidate for a position it changes that position to filled. I must manually change the position back to in-progress.
email add on issues
I have just upgraded to use email add on in my zoho account. I use google apps for my email programs and tested the new feature using my company email account in the email settings on zoho. When a person receives my email they see the email being sent from my zoho email account, not my company email account (email header says send on behalf of my company by zoho). Can somebody advise me how this can be changed to only show my company email address, not my name at zoho. Thanks
Job listing - company link, email sharing, and zohorecruit https address visibility
A couple simple changes could really enhance the job listing capabilities: - The company logo on the job page would be a link to their site - There was some sort of "share this" functionality on a job page, where the user/candidate could at least email the job to a friend - The page link at the top was framed into the companies page if possible, or at least the zoho recruit link information was hidden. It's confusing to the job candidate to see the zoho's link instead of the company's. Can you add

customized online application form
Dear Zoho team, I realy like the possibility to have a customized online application form for each of the jobs. However, it would be nice if you found a way to improve the clarity. online application form date field
Dear ZohoRecruit Team, I was wondering why it is not possible to enter a date manually in the date field of an application form. When candidates are asked to enter their birthdate via an online form date field they have to scroll down to the respective year of birth instead of just typing it in - that demands some patience. Especially "older" people (40+) will either not get what they are supposed to do to select their year of birth or could just abort the application at that point since the scrolling

Viewing comments regarding associating and rejecting candidates to job openings
I've associated a number of people to a job opening. I am now analysing each person and rejecting those that are not suitable. I'm making a note in the comments box when I reject the candidate. How can I or someone else read these comments later? I can't seem to find out how to re-read the comments. Thanks.
