今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からアナリティクス機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

 1. ウォーターフォールとは

ウォーターフォールチャートは、数値の増減を視覚的に示すグラフで、初期値から最終結果までの変化の流れを分かりやすく表します。各要素が全体にどう影響したかを具体的に把握でき、利益や損失の発生箇所も一目でわかります。


そのため、収益の変動分析や業務の効率確認、将来の傾向予測などにおいて、直感的で有効な分析手段となります。

 


サブスクリプションのステータスごとの影響(アクティブ、トライアル、解約、期限切れなど)を把握するには、ウォーターフォールチャートが有効です
増減要因を視覚的に示すことで、最終的な購読者数への影響が一目でわかります。どのステータスに注目すべきかを判断し、解約防止や改善策の検討にも役立ちます。

ウォーターフォールには、用途に応じた4つのタイプがあります。


 2. 基本ウォーターフォール

販売ステージやプロセスの各ステップなど、定義済みの選択リストによる明確な段階を可視化するのに適しています。

各ステージがプラス(加算)またはマイナス(減算)の要因として割り当てられたカテゴリー別の変化を視覚化します。最後のバーは、全体の収益の正味の結果を示します。

営業パイプラインなど、パイプラインの中で価値を生むステージと収益を失うステージを一目で把握するのに役立ちます。

 

 

 3.    累計ウォーターフォール


月次の利益や収益などの蓄積データに適しており、成長や変動、定期的なパフォーマンスの把握が容易になります。

 

 


時間の経過に伴う変化を追跡するのに適しており、四半期や年間の中間集計も可能です。これにより、月ごとの変化と四半期ごとの業績を一目で把握でき、成長を牽引した月や業績を下げた月、各四半期の利益への貢献度を明確に分析できます。

 

 4.    内訳ウォーターフォール  

時間ごとのデータを、製品タイプや地域などのサブカテゴリーで分類して分析するのに適しています。

 

内訳ウォーターフォールは、累計ウォーターフォールに似ていますが、ビジネス要件に基づいて各期間を異なるセグメントに分割することにより、より詳細なビューを提供します。

例えば、各年の製品別サブスクリプション動向を比較し、成長や減少の要因を把握できます。


 5.    予測ウォーターフォール    

過去のデータが現在や将来に影響を及ぼすシナリオに適しています。


予測ウォーターフォールは、ユーザー定義の初期値から始まり、時間の経過による増減を追跡することで、財務予測やシナリオ・プランニングに最適です。四半期ごとの変化を可視化し、年間を通じた業績の見通しを把握できます。
