キオスク機能とは?
特定の処理を行うための専用画面(キオスク)をノーコードで作成できる機能です。
自社の業務プロセスにあわせた画面の表示、タブをまたいだ処理などが可能です。
本アップデートにより、キオスクの柔軟性と操作性が大きく向上しました。

1. データ取得機能:データ選択不要のデータ表示
これまでのデータ取得機能では、表からデータを選択することが必須でした。
今回のアップデートにより、「選択の設定」オプションにより、ユーザーは
データの扱い方法を以下の3つより選択できるようになりました。
新しく追加された「選択の設定」オプション
1, 「選択が必須の内容」: チェックボックスが表示され、データの選択が必要となる、デフォルトのオプションです。
2,「選択が任意の内容」: チェックボックスは表示されますが、選択は必須ではなくスキップすることができます。
3,「表示のみ」: データの一覧のみが表示され、選択はできません。
2.「データ取得」が単独の要素として利用可能に
これまで、「データ取得」は、必ず「画面」などの要素の中に配置しないと使えず、設定や使い方が制限されていました。
また、複数の画面で使い回すと、表示設定もすべて共通になるため、細かいカスタマイズが難しいという課題がありました。
今回のアップデートでできるようになったこと
・「データ取得」を画面・分岐・処理の一部とすることなく、単独の要素としてデータを取得できるようになりました。
・「データ取得」には、事前定義された表示設定がありません。ユーザが画面内で「データ取得」を使用することを選択した場合、
その特定のユースケース用に表示設定が表示されます。
また、「データ取得」は使い回すと表示設定がすべて同じになっていましたが、1つの「データ取得」要素を、
画面ごとに異なる表示設定で再利用できるようになりました。
例:
・ある画面では「姓」だけを表示
・別の画面では「電話番号」だけを表示
このように、用途に合わせた表示内容の切り替えが柔軟にできるようになっています。
3.単一データ/複数データの詳細を画面要素から表示
単一データでも複数データでも、それぞれの詳細をキオスク画面上から直接確認できるようになりました。
これにより、キオスクの操作を中断することなく、必要な情報にすばやくアクセスできます。
「データ取得」設定時に、詳細表示オプションを有効にすることで使用できます。
4.新しい処理 - リンクを開く&データを開く
キオスク内の操作性を高めるため、「リンクを開く」と「データを開く」を追加しました。
これにより、キオスクの流れを止めずに、外部ページやデータの詳細にアクセスできるようになりました。
・リンクを開く:ユーザーが外部URLに移動可能に。
・データを開く:ユーザーがキオスクから直接データにアクセス可能に。
※キオスクと同じタブでリンク/データを開くことはできません。
5.キオスクの複製
既存のキオスクを複製して、再利用やカスタマイズが可能になりました。
ユーザーは、元のキオスクに影響を与えることなく、複製されたバージョンを変更することが可能になります。
キオスクの複製が可能な場所
1. キオスクビルダー内: キオスクの設定を編集または確認中に直接複製します。
または
2. キオスクの一覧画面: 一覧画面から簡単にキオスクを複製できます。
