【Zoho CRM】会計年度機能のアップデート：年度の構成を週単位で設定できるようになりました。


こんにちは！本投稿では、サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からピックアップして紹介します。


会計年度は、Zoho CRM を導入してはじめに設定する基本機能の1つで、売上予測やレポート機能で期間を抽出する際に指標となります。
この会計年度の形式について、1年を月ごとではなく、52週に基づいて期間を定めるオプションが増えました。

「独自の会計年度」の設定
企業によっては、会計年度の構成を月単位ではなく52週という週単位で捉えている場合もあるかもしれません。
この場合、「独自の会計年度」を利用することで期間を柔軟に定義できます。例えば、4-4-5（4週-5週-5週を1四半期というサイクルで配分）、4-5-4 カレンダーなどに対応します。



会計年度を視覚的に確認
独自の会計年度を設定した際に、どの日付がどの期間に該当するかを確認できるよう、プレビュー機能ができました。
カレンダー形式による表をもとに、自社にあった会計年度をカスタマイズできます。



また、一度設定した会計年度を編集したい場合、同じ会計年度の設定画面から更新できます。
（以前までは売上予測の設定画面で編集）


会計年度の設定については、以下の手順をご参考ください。
＞Zoho CRM 右上の歯車ボタン→[一般]の組織設定→会計年度
