【Zoho CRM】 キャンバスを使用したデータ入力ページのカスタマイズ機能リリース

キャンバス機能を、データの入力ページ(フォーム)でも利用できるようになりました。

本アップデートにより、CRM のあらゆるタブから、ユーザーがレコードを作成する方法をより自由にカスタマイズすることが可能になりました。
設定の流れについては以下をご参照ください。




キャンバスを使用したデータ入力ページを設定する理由
これまでは、カスタマイズ性の低い標準ビューでのみデータの作成が可能でした。つまりデータ入力ページの見た目を、自分の組織の独自のプロセスや要件、ブランディングに応じてカスタマイズできませんでした。
キャンバスを使用したデータ入力ページ(フォーム)では、項目やセクションをカスタマイズできるようになり、CRMの操作が可能な限り直感的で効率的になりました。

データ:連絡先名、メールアドレス、データの担当者、そしてその他の関連する詳細情報など、タブの重要な情報で構成することができます。
要素:画像、線、テーブル、セクション、テキストボックス、ボタン、アイコンなどさまざまなツールで構成することができます。
スタイル:色、フォントスタイル、フォントのサイズ、境界線、余白の調整、そして角の丸みまで幅広く選択でき、データの視覚的魅力を高め、よりブランディングやデザインの好みに合わせることができます。
