Ability to Attach Images When Reporting Issues to Zoho Projects from Zoho Desk

Hi Zoho Desk Team,
Hope you’re doing well.

We’re using the Zoho Desk–Zoho Projects integration to report bugs directly from support tickets into the Zoho Projects issue tracker. This integration is extremely useful and helps us maintain smooth coordination between our support and development teams.

However, we’ve noticed that it’s not currently possible to attach images or screenshots when filing an issue from Zoho Desk. In many cases, screenshots are essential for describing visual bugs or providing detailed context about customer-reported problems.

We kindly request the addition of a feature that allows agents to attach one or more images (or files) while creating an issue from Zoho Desk. These attachments should automatically sync to the linked issue in Zoho Projects.



This enhancement would:
  1. Greatly improve the quality and clarity of reported issues.
  2. Save time by reducing the need to manually upload images later in Zoho Projects.
  3. Help developers quickly understand and reproduce reported problems.
