#BiginnersTips | Elevate your CRM workflow with Bigin's checklist feature

Sometimes, a process is as good as the people following it. Whenever you work on any deal or onboarding task, you are mandated to complete a set of activities before you move the record to the next stage in the pipeline. For example, when you move a deal from booking in progress to booking done, you might need to input details such as a ticket copy, visa copy, insurance etc for your own internal reference. Sometimes, you might forget to do this when you are dealing with a large number of bookings (holiday season!) or as an admin, you cannot enforce this rule to everyone every time. With Bigin's checklist feature, your teams can ensure important information does not fall through the cracks.

Think of checklist as a step-by-step guide that keeps your team on track. You can create custom checklists for different deal stages, ensuring everyone follows the same process and nothing gets missed.

Here is how it can help different verticals:

Real Estate:

In the real estate market, companies manage a large portfolio of properties. Sales team of the company can use the checklist feature to mandate collection of necessary details in stages like inspection date, site visit timeframe, paperwork, and negotiations details. Only when the checklist items are ticked off in every stage will the deal progress forward in the pipeline. This keeps things organized and helps them sell properties smoothly.

Education:

Assuming a prestigious university receives thousands of applications each semester, the admissions department is bound to be overwhelmed with paperwork. With Bigin's checklist feature, the admissions process can be streamlined. Stages like document verification, interview scheduling, the selection/rejection process, fee collection, and onboarding of students can have a checklist to ensure that essential details are covered before the application moves to the next step in the admission process. This feature helps teams easily track progress making the process effective and error-free.

Software:

For a software company, Bigin's checklist feature can be a game-changer. The sales funnel, with stages like requirements gathering, budget discussions, scheduling live demos, sales orders, and payment processing, can be transformed into a smooth operation. Each stage has its own specific tasks, and the team can only move a deal forward when everything on the list is checked off and confirmed.

Legal:

In the legal world, companies handle different types of cases from agreements to legal disputes. They can use the checklist feature to stay organized. For every case in the legal world, there are stages like client consultations, document preparation, attorney review, and court proceedings. The checklist feature ensures that the team does not miss crucial documents and adheres to the timeline involved in the case.

Bigin's checklist isn't just about ticking things off a list. It helps teams, and especially Admins. By implementing checklists at each stage of a process, admins can ensure that crucial tasks are completed systematically and without oversight. This not only helps in maintaining organization and clarity but also enhances productivity by providing a clear roadmap for progression. With the ability to track progress and ensure that all necessary steps are completed before transitioning to the next stage, admins can streamline workflows, minimize errors, and improve overall efficiency in managing projects, tasks, or processes.
