Bonjour à tous,

Le temps est bon, le ciel est bleu : sans aucun doute les vacances sont de retour !
 
Vous allez pouvoir profiter de vos amis, de votre famille, des coups de soleil, des barbecues et ... des devoirs de vacances.
 
Eh oui, profitez de cette "période creuse" pour faire un grand ménage dans votre CRM, et attaquer la rentrée du bon pied.
 
Mais pourquoi nettoyer son CRM ? Tout simplement pour gagner en efficacité et en crédibilité.
 
Si vos données ne sont pas à jour vous pouvez être confronté à différents problèmes :
  • Des rapports et analyses incomplets et/ou faux
  • Une vérification "à la main" tout aussi chronophage que désagréable
  • Mais surtout, une relation client qui se dégrade !
 
Imaginons que vous contactez un client pour faire le suivi d'un achat, mais que ce même client a déjà été contacté par quelqu'un de votre entreprise pour la même raison. Ce n'est pas très professionnel non ? Si toutes les informations sur le client, vos interactions, ses coordonnées, ses achats ne sont pas bien renseignés, ou que ce client est même en double dans votre CRM cela devient vite très compliqué.

Mais pas d'inquiétudes, nous allons voir pendant le mois d'août comment rendre votre CRM plus organisé.
