connection to server has been lost

connection to server has been lost

Now able to get into zoho but still getting the message that the  connection to the server lost and to open the file again, do so same message. This happens every time I try to load the sheet.
Have logged on using the same computer and a different persons login, this works fine (opens in a new window)
Have tried as myself on different computers, connection lost retry message. (reloads on the same page)
As the author of the sheet I would like to be able to get access as myself and not have to use an ill colleagues login.
The problem with connection lost retry is also occuring with some colleagues while others are getting onto the sheet no problem
