Doesn't Catch Duplicate Accounts

Zoho is very bad at catching duplicate accounts. If we have an account in Zoho, and we import the same account but with "Inc." or "LLC", it doesn't catch it, it just duplicates it. When importing from another app (like ZoomInfo) I set it to catch duplicates based on phone number and website (since we were having so many duplicates based on account name), and it still imports as a new account instead of catching it as already in the CRM and just updating it.

Has anyone figured out a work around to this? I have the fields Account Name, Website, and Phone set to "Do not allow duplicate values" under the module builder and it doesn't help. This has become a serious problem for us that if there is no solution to this we may have a change CRM's. We can run the de-dupe all we want, but if it doesn't get fixed, it will just keep happening to us in the future.
