Hello

I am just new here and I have a litle problem that I do not find how to solve. I sumarise here after. Your help would be very appreciated.

I have just recently contracted this zoho mail servicesservices as an initial evaluation yesterday night. I then:

 

- opened a free account 

- created 1 initial email address ..........@domain.com 

- created a second email address ..........@domain.com

- proceeded with the config instructions (checking the ownership of my domain, changing MX etc... ) as far as I know I did all almost correctly but not sure

- Yesterday night I could send e mails from both accounts from you site via the webmail. But not receive. I had a message regarding a problem on screen regarding MX. I did what indicated including using an external app to check things. I happens there were some errors that I do not understand but one had to do to the fact that the domain was blacklisted somewhere. It is very strange as far as the domain is almost new and I have used to send no more than 5 or 10 emails with my actual supplier in Spain

- This morning it seems that things run well. Now it seems that I can send and receive.

- I then proceeded to configure those 2 email accounts on my Microsoft Outlook 2010 client in my computer. And it seems all runs well except for one thing: I tested sending an email form each account from zoho webmail site to a different  personal address I have and that is also configured in my Outlook. When I do so (it happens with both accounts) I receive in my outlook client 2 emails for each one I send ( both are identical except that one seems to be the correct one sent  to that external personal account (well received, I can answer to it, etc..) but the second one is almost identical but seems to be like if the webmail account as also sent to outlook a copy for the mail sent from the webmail. In this one, if I try to answer (it should be like if my personal account answers) it is not true and it is my Zoho account that answers.

 CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PERMANENTE DUPLICATION
