Feature Request: Email Templates for notifications accross all services

Currently in Zoho Bookings, email notifications (such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations) must be customized individually for each service. This becomes time-consuming and error-prone when managing multiple services that require consistent branding and formatting across all client communications.

Suggested Feature:

Please add support for global email notification templates in Zoho Bookings, which can be:

  • Created once and applied across multiple or all services.

  • Designed using HTML and include merge fields (e.g., %SERVICE_NAME%, %CUSTOMER_NAME%, etc.).

  • Overridden at the service level if specific customization is needed.

Benefits:

  • Saves time by reducing redundancy.

  • Ensures brand consistency across all communications.

  • Makes template maintenance and updates significantly easier.

This feature would greatly enhance the usability and scalability of Zoho Bookings for businesses with multiple services.
