Housing Leads and Existing Customers

We are a Software as a Service (SaaS) company offering subscription-based services. Our customers include individuals, businesses, and resellers who market our software to their clients. Currently, we use Zoho CRM solely for leads/deals, but we would like to incorporate our existing customers as well. We also utilize Recurly to manage customer subscriptions, and we want the subscription information to sync with Zoho CRM. For example, if a subscription for "ABC Company" is canceled in Recurly, the customer's status in Zoho should automatically change to "canceled." Additionally, if a customer's subscription changes in Recurly, a corresponding field in Zoho should update automatically. How would you recommend we manage existing customers in Zoho? Should we create a new module called "Existing Customers"?
