Introducing more AES digital signature options in Zoho Sign

Greetings!

Zoho Sign has continually strived to partner with trust service providers across the globe to give you complete security and confidence, so you can e-sign documents no matter where you are. We've recently partnered with IgniSign, a trust service provider (TSP) based out of the EU, to offer more AES options. This makes it easier for you to choose the right one for your requirements and digitally sign documents stress-free.
Signing with IgniSign

Under the eIDAS regulation in the European Union, Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) are second on the level of electronic signatures that require additional signer authentication using government-issued identification. Signers can obtain a qualified digital certificate through one of the approved authentication methods to sign digitally with IgniSign.

Additionally, IgniSign also offers digital signatures via appropriate ID verification methods in countries outside the EU which non-EU residents can make use of to digitally sign documents.

For a step-by-step guide to this integration, feel free to refer to our help document.

Try out this latest integration and let us know what you think. If you need help or have suggestions, drop them in the comments below or reach out to us at support@zohosign.com (or support@eu.zohosign.com for EU users).

Streamline your signing workflow with Zoho Sign!

Cheers,
