Introducing new actions in Pipeline/List view!

Hello everyone,

We have recently rolled out eight new actions in Pipeline view/List view that will enhance user experience with activities like tasks, calls and events.

View the Activity status of each record
You can now know the status of the activity of each record at a glance. Records will display a Red icon   to indicate that there is an overdue activity.

Records will display a Green icon   to indicate any open activity.


View all open activities of a specific record


Create new activity
You can create an activity directly from the pipeline view by simply clicking the + icon to create a new task, event or log a call.


Edit an activity
You can edit an existing activity from the pipeline view by clicking the edit icon against the listed activity.


Mark as completed
You can mark an activity as completed from the pipeline view by clicking on the  icon.


Delete an activity
You can delete an activity from the pipeline view itself by clicking on the more icon > Delete.


Send an Email
You can send an email from the pipeline view by clicking on the email icon.


Make a call
You can call your customer directly from the pipeline view by clicking the telephone icon. Please note that, this icon will be visible only when you've integrated Phone in your Bigin account.
