今回ご登場いただく加藤 夕子さんは、建機レンタル・建設会社向けサービスを展開するSORABITO 株式会社で業務効率化を推進しています。
加藤さんと同社がどのようにZoho を活用し進化してきたのか、そのストーリーを聞きました。
――貴社の事業内容についてご説明ください
「建設のあらゆる『現場』をスマートに」をビジョンに掲げ、建設現場に必要な資機材の調達・稼働管理を最適化するサービスを開発・提供している企業です。代表的なサービスとして、建設機械レンタル業界の営業DXを支援するSaaS「i-Rental 注文」や建設会社の点検表をDXする「GENBAx点検」などを提供しています。
――Zoho の利用歴を教えてください
約8カ月です。
――Zoho を導入したきっかけ / 背景を教えてください
SalesforceとPardotを利用していたのですが、価格面やアカウント管理がわかりにくいことが背景にあり、他社への乗り換えを決意しました。
社内事情で4カ月で移行を行う必要があり、低コストかつインターフェースがSalesforce に似ていることが決め手となり、Zoho CRM /Campaignsを導入することになりました。
*HubSpotやKintoneについても検討をしたのですが、HubSpotはインターフェースが大きく異なっている点、Kintone は短期の構築が難しいため断念しました。
*データの移行については、Zoho CRM のデータ移行機能を使用せずにCSVデータを吐き出し、インポートを繰り返して対応しました。
――利用中のZoho サービスについて教えてください
CRM / Campaigns / Forms / Card Scanner を利用しています。
――上記サービスを貴社のビジネスプロセスにどのように取り入れていますか?
主にマーケティング〜営業に関わる領域で利用しています。
・名刺管理:Card Scanner
・メール配信:Campaigns
・顧客管理:CRM
・問い合わせフォーム:Forms

――Zoho を利用する中で、可能性を感じる部分や改善してほしい点はありますか?
可能性を感じる部分については2点あります。
1. 反応速度
以前利用していたサービスでは画面遷移のたびに読み込みが発生し、作業効率の点で不満がありましたが、Zoho は読み込み時間がほとんどないため満足しています。
2. インターフェース
前述の通りSalesforce とインターフェースが似ているため、私以外の社内メンバーに対しての乗り換えのハードルも低く、スムーズに社内定着した印象があります。
また、マーケティング担当者によると、Zoho Forms が直感的で使いやすく気に入っているというフィードバックを受けています。ヘルプコンテンツなどにほとんど頼らずに運用できるのは助かっています。
一方で、改善して欲しい点については、Card Scanner の読み込み精度です。
弊社の場合は、顧客の名刺の多くが、縦型で独自性のあるデザインやISO認証マークが掲載されているなど、一般的な名刺とは異なる仕様が多いことが原因なのかもしれませんが、その辺りが解消されることを期待しています。
――今後Zoho サービスを利用する上でチャレンジしてみたいことを教えてください
日本の商習慣にフィットした形に機能で表現できるようになれば、見積管理、契約管理でZoho を活用したいと考えています。
現在、主にスプレッドシートを使用して営業成績の指標である見積や契約を確認していますが、これをCRMで管理し、レポート化したいです。
項目(商品)が必ずルックアップになっており、商品の管理が難しいことから現在は導入までに至っておりません。商品欄に自由入力が可能になれば、活用範囲が広がると考えております。
今後も「My Zoho Story」を通じて、あらゆる業界のZoho 活用方法について発信していきます。
