Sender Email Configuration Error.

Hello Team,

Hope you are all doing well.

We are in the process of creating the Zoho FSM environment in the UAE. When we try to add the sender email address “techsupportuae@stryker.com”, we receive the error message: “Error occurred while sending mail through transmail.”

The other issue is that I am using the email address chethiya.wimalarathne2@stryker.com for the UAE Zoho environment. The super admin (corneliu.musat2@stryker.com) has created a user account for me as an administrator, but I still have not received the invitation to access FSM. Are you able to create the account for me from your end so I can access the UAE Zoho FSM instance?

Important: All data must be linked to the UAE data center, and all accounts should also be linked to the same.
