In Zoho Mail, you can now choose to have the conversation with the recent replies on top of the email listing.
Are you often facing the issue of exceeding the attachment size limit in your email? Having the fear of data privacy when you compress them as a ZIP file using third-party applications? We're here with a solution. You can now compress two or more attachments added to the email composer and download them as a ZIP file to your desktop without having to leave your mailbox.
You can now choose to automatically add the log email address in Hubspot to the Bcc field of your email composer.
Two new reports under Content reports section
In Zoho Mail Admin Reports, two new reports have been added to the Content Reports section:
The data on the folder size and the email count in the folders, used storage, number of archived messages in the folder, etc., can be inferred with this report.
The Unread Emails report displays the number of emails received by a user and the count of unread emails.
Dual reply mode
With the support of the new reply mode, both thread replies and normal replies can be active simultaneously. Users can select the reply mode that best suits their communication style and the context of the conversation, and switch between modes as needed.
Host handover in meeting in Cliq meetings
Started a meeting and need to leave without disrupting it? With the new update to meetings, you can now start a meeting and assign another participant as a host.
The WorkDrive Collaboration Widget is now supported for WorkDrive TrueSync. It helps you track live-user activity in Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) so you can plan your work and gauge whether you should make changes or wait for some time.
- The widget will only work for Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files and not for other desktop applications.
- The widget is supported for both Sync and TrueSync apps of WorkDrive.
- Download the latest apps to use this widget.Currently, the widget is only supported in the Windows OS platform (Windows 7 or higher).
