Tip of the week #24: Subscribe to the calendars of a Zoho Calendar user.



Calendars that are created by Zoho Calendar users can also be added to your Zoho calendar. All public calendars listed by the users will be available when you enter the email address. You can choose the calendar you need to subscribe to. Once the email address is entered, the public calendars from the email ID will be listed and you can subscribe to the calendars from Zoho Calendar.

You can also request for individual sharing of calendars to the user in case you need to subscribe to their private calendars. An email will be sent to the user requesting access to share the calendar. The user can choose the permissions to give before sharing the calendar.

To subscribe, go to Settings > Subscribe > Zoho Calendar Users. You can choose the user and select the calendars you want to subscribe.
