Use Zoho Flow to Supercharge your Zoho FSM Integrations

We are thrilled to announce that Zoho FSM is now included in Zoho Flow - Zoho’s powerful no-code integration platform. With this, you can connect Zoho FSM with your most-used applications—without requiring technical expertise.

What does this offer?

Zoho Flow supports 950+ apps, so you can build workflows tailored to your business and bridge the gap between your service teams and your other business operations.
  1. Zoho FSM and Sinch MessageMedia for automated customer communication: Send an automated SMS to the customer as soon as their service request is logged in Zoho FSM, providing reassurance and reducing inbound status-check calls.

  2. Zoho FSM and Google Calendar for efficient scheduling: Create Google Calendar events for service appointments scheduled in Zoho FSM, helping in better time management and appointment tracking.

  3. Zoho FSM and HubSpot for streamlined lead-to-service workflow: Automatically create a work order in Zoho FSM when a new deal is closed in HubSpot, ensures that the service team is promptly notified and can initiate the necessary actions without manual intervention.

  4. Zoho FSM and QuickBooks Online for seamless accounting: Automatically copy any new estimate created in QuickBooks to Zoho FSM, ensuring consistency between financial records and service operations.

How does it work?

In Zoho Flow, automations are created using what’s called a Flow. Each Flow connects apps and automates tasks using two core components:
  1. Trigger – the event that starts the workflow
  2. Action(s) – the tasks that get executed in response
Here’s how to build a flow in three simple steps:

Step 1: Set the Trigger
The trigger is what kicks off your automation. E.g. "When a new Service Appointment is created in Zoho FSM…"
This tells Zoho Flow when to start running the workflow.

Step 2: Add Actions
Actions are the steps you want to happen after the trigger. E.g.“…create a new event in Google Calendar.”
You can add multiple actions to a single flow and even include conditions, delays, or logic branches.

Step 3: Turn on the Flow
Once everything is set up, simply enable the flow. Your automation is now live and will run every time the trigger condition is met.
