What's new on Zoho Marketplace for July 2021
Zoho Marketplace houses 1000+ extensions to help improve and enhance the functionality of your Zoho products. Here's a list of the extensions released in July 2021.
Telephony extensions
We released three new telephony extensions in the month of July. These extensions are supported by Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, and Bigin. Start making calls from within your Zoho products, and receive incoming call popups to get contextual details even before answering. Enable click-to-call and log call recordings in the contact record after the call ends. Click below to learn more.
Extensions for Zoho CRM

Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). I also can't assign inventory tracking to items used in past transactions, which I don't understand, this is an important feature moving forward.. Many of my clients who use Zoho CRM Plus often hit limitations with the built in forms in CRM or Desk and are then disappointed to hear that they have to additionally pay for Zoho Forms to get all these great forms functionalities.
