This is Prakash, senior product manager at Zoho Creator. Today, I'm absolutely thrilled to pull back the curtain and give you a sneak peek at our first release projection of 2025, with an exciting lineup of features set to roll out in the first six months of the year. For us, this isn't just a set of capabilities; it's a reflection of our commitment to you and a glimpse into the future we're building together.
We've listened closely to your feedback, analyzed industry trends (specifically the rise of AI), and challenged ourselves to think outside the box. One example of the latter is a certain feature that reimagines workflows entirely—read on to learn more about it!
Looking back at 2024
This past year has been nothing short of fantastic. I've had a front-row seat to the passion, dedication, and effort put in, and I couldn't be prouder of what we've accomplished. We introduced powerful new AI capabilities, hybrid deployment options, and long-overdue enhancements across multiple modules—all of which have been well received and widely adopted. Of course, there were a few features where we overshot our ambitious timelines, but rest assured, they're well on their way.

Before concluding, I thought it would be fun to give you behind-the-scenes details on some of our roadmap features:
- The visual workflow builder is built on Deluge. As with all things done via the Creator + Deluge combo, the builder will also be gradually extended to other Zoho services.
- The growth rate of Zia Assistance in Creator has jumped by 38%, reflecting the accelerating impact of AI at Zoho.
- The metrics for mobile feature is powered by Zoho Apptics, our mobile analytics platform. It provides 360-degree analysis of your app's health, adoption, engagement, and more.
- The event pipeline was developed in response to an urgent request from a key enterprise customer, which prompted an all-hands-on-deck effort. Remarkably, we went from concept to QA in just 12 days!
We also recently introduced the
Zoho Creator Launchpad page, where you can experience the power of our AI capabilities firsthand. Alongside this, we’ve launched the
Zoho Creator Resource Center—a clean and centralized hub for accessing all our resources. Go take a look if you haven't already!
