Zoho CRM Tips & Tricks #02 | Maak een uniek veld om duplicaten te voorkomen
Wanneer je veel records hebt, wordt het naarmate jouw bedrijf groeit een lastige taak om te controleren op duplicaten binnen je CRM. Zoho CRM kan je deze helpen op te sporen, voordat deze kunnen worden aangemaakt. Dit kan je met behulp van wat we "unieke velden" noemen doen.
Hiervoor moet een veld als "uniek" worden gedefinieerd. Een e-mailadres waarvan het veld als uniek wordt gemarkeerd, mag bijvoorbeeld niet twee keer in jouw CRM voorkomen. Volg onderstaande stappen om een veld als "uniek" te definiëren. Dit kan je voor je e-mail doen, maar bijvoorbeeld ook voor burgerservicenummers, paspoortnummers of productcodes. Je kan binnen Zoho CRM een veld vanuit elke module als "uniek" definiëren.
Log in op je Zoho CRM-account met beheerdersrechten.
Ga naar instellingen > Aanpassing > Modules en Velden
Selecteer de gewenste module en ga via de instellingen (de drie puntjes) naar de "indeling" van deze module.
Selecteer hier het type indeling, bijvoorbeeld "standaard".
Hier kan je voor een geselecteerd veld de instellingen openen en "geen dubbele waardes toestaan" selecteren.
