Help with student attendance database
Hi, I'm trying to create a database to input and manage student attendance at my lectures and labs. I have created a form with: Date Class Type (Lecture/Lab) - dropdown menu Student Names - all student names as a checkbox list I want to use this with my iPhone so I can input student attendance at the start of class. The data entry works well, however, when i 'view' the data, all students in attendance are lumped into one cell. So, how can i modify what i have so that when i view the inputted data,
Can't save search for view.
In my application "School Group Registration 2009-2010", I cannot save a search for the view "Available Dates View 2010-2011". The search works, but when I save changes I get an error. I tried to insert the criteria from the edit view also, but it would not save. I tried saving another criteria for text and it saved. This is a simple change and I need it immediately for this application that is going live. The application and is shared with edit access to support.
Issues with Hiding a lookup field
When I hide a lookup field in the form of a radio button and than access the form, all of the fields are hidden and the form is unusable. When I go back to the script and unhide it all of the fields are made available again. Can you fix this issue Thanks!
Limiting Accessiblity
For a Consumer Satisfaction Survey, we want our clients to be able to complete the form without being able to see all of the results from everyone. Is there a way to take the view option off of the screen where they would complete the form? Is there a way to just have the results emailed to us? Thanks.

Application Sharing not working
Dear Admin, I have created an application and shared it with other zoho user. It become available to the other user. After some time I deleted that application and shared some new app with the user. but user is unable to get the NEW app. There is a link for the deleted app under shared apps. When user clicks on that link, then user receive the message " NO such application on ZOHO" Kindly resolve the issue

Unable to REMOVE prompt for login details on Creator report embedded in website

I'm weighing my options between a few problems right now, and was wondering if Zoho would be a good fit. I'd like to be able to have a search page and a results page, separately. The first page might involve picklists and text strings, the results page would simply return results from the prior criteria. Is this something Zoho can do? Using field in db as user's password, plus appending two fields to make a third
I am hoping someone can tell me whether what I want to do (described below) is possible. If it is then I'll figure out on my own how to do it. I just don't want to spend a lot of time trying to do the impossible. :) I have a database that I'd like non-members to be able to search, add entries, and update entries. Let's call this a product database that has fields for product name and product category. Two products with the same name can be put into two categories, but not the same category.
Removing the edit option
I cant seem to get rid of the 'edit' option when embedding my database in my site. I have made the application both public and private and 'edit' is still showing. Naturally, I dont want site visitors to be able to randomly edit my database. There is not a check alongside the allow users to edit option in set permissions. I dont know what else to try? Hi -- I've embedded a form onto my website, but when I try to test it by filling out the form, it hangs and just says "Please wait" after I press the submit button. I've tried it twice now....I think I did everything correctly. Help! Thanks :)
How to ignore blank "input.field1"s when sending emails in Creator
How do I get Creator to not create an error when I send an email where some of the "input. field1" values are purposely left empty.
Fields in the "Edit" dialog box
I have a View set to only show certain fields. It shows just those fields in the table, as well as in the "View" dialog box. But in the "Edit" dialog box, it shows all of the fields in the form. Is there any way to make it so that in the "Edit" box, it only shows the fields from the View that I am in? thank you!

View Won't Sort or Group on Lookup Field
I have a view called CATEGORY_VIEW that has a lookup field called GROUP. The lookup field refers to a single line field called GROUP in another form called GROUP_FORM. Whenever I try to sort or group the CATEGORY_VIEW using the GROUP lookup field, either the field will not sort or I get this error message: We are unable to fetch this data, sorry! A deleted record stay visible in a view with grouping

Question on how to hide a form.
How do I hide a form x from the user? There is no option to set a form invisible when rearranging links. I only want this form x to hold data. Form x is not a data entry form. I have two other forms, y and z that I use to enter data into form x. Form y and z do not store their data in their respective forms. Form y and z simply create and update entries in form x.

New view of Chart type, no View based on

Data importation still broken
I am unable to import a data set from a spreadsheet directly into a view. The view has some 12 fields and all of them are mapped to the form. I have followed the advice here in the forum about ensuring every field is filled, and using tab-delimited. I've tried numerous additional ways but they all fail. Is there something you can do to fix the product?
lookup field keeps disappearing
Hi, I'm new to zoho creator and am trying to use a lookup field. i can add the field to my form in the form designer, but when i flip over to viewing the application the lookup field is not on the form. then when i go back to the 'edit application' mode and look at the form, the lookup field is not there either. it's as if it is not getting saved when i leave the form. other fields are being saved. any ideas? thanks in advance.

ZC Creator - Calendar view
I am trying to figure out how to manipulate the calendar view. Not very successful on finding info on it. I have as part of my app a scheduler to assign teams to several rooms. So based on the Date and Time scheduled and the expected duration, I would like the calendar to show something like a real google calendar.
