Is it possible to fetch multiple lines of data to create a dynamic picklist?
Example: This is for a landscaping business We have a 3 forms - 1. Plant Names 2. Project Details (which includes a multi-select lookup picklist importing plant names from the Plant Names form) 3. Maintenance (also need to refer to the plants planted in a given project. Open Form from Filter View
Is it possible to open an new form from a filtered view (filtered via URL) I have a Guest table and GuestNotes table. I have created a custom action on the guest record to open the GuestNotes table and filter the view (based upon the Guest_Id). If possible once in the filtered GuestNotes view I would like the user to be able to add a new record to the GuestNotes that defaults the Guest Id value.
Can't create filters
When I go to create a custom filter, the field changes after I save it. I selected a field called STATUS and set up a filter for it, but then it doesn't work. When I go back to look at the custom filter, I find the field has changed to "Modified User IP Address". Also, the two blue buttons at the bottom for saving or cancelling lost their text. Guys, come on...things are getting really buggy in your program, and I'm losing patience.
want to email permalink of my app
After clicking on 'permalink' I copy the code snippet that does not require login to view, then I paste the code snippet into an email and it still only highlights a fraction of the code - so the user clicks it and is still prompted to login. I want to be able to send the permalink to people, have them click on it, and it takes them directly to the form page. Thanks.
success message not displayed
On successful submission of data from my online form, the success message displays off screen, so that one must scroll down to see it. Submitters report that a blank form appears after clicking "Submit", and they think there's been an error and that their data wasn't successfully submitted. dgardner
Date Last Updated for Form
Dear Zoho, I would like to have a date on the record that I am creating that has a "date last updated" field that is changed whenever someone accesses the form and changes any info in the record. I want this to happen automatically ie not be a user defined field. Do I have to go into the editing of each field and link each or group them together and then create a modified date script?? Is it perhaps possible to have this as a drag and drop field that can be linked to each form field?? Thank you!

LIST VIEW: Formula Fields Values Disappear after Number Field Change
I have a list view. It contains both formula fields and number input fields. As soon as I edit some number fields in this view, the view refreshes, and all of the formula fields do not display. Instead the space is blank. I have tried created new fields to replace the old formula fields, with no avail. Please help!
´Reports´ functionality in Zoho Creator is a great addition!
Zoho, Thank you so very much for adding the ´Reports´-functionality, it is an absolutely fantastic addition to an already great product! Just one small question; currently the reports show all currency numbers with an ´$´ sign, however I am using Euros. i'm trying to share a database that i created in zoho creator with a friend. i have the free version which is supposed to allow me to share with 1 user. i was able to "share" the database by entering my friend's email address and sending him an invitation, but he can't access the database. does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? thanks, jafi
Columns won't show
I have a view which will only display one column. I have the other columns selected, but when I access the application only one column shows up. How to group fields in a form?

Column does not render in a List View ...
I just added a (Multi Line Text) field in a record in one of my Client's Applications. When I try to have this field rendered in one of the List Views, the column for this field is not displayed ... yet when I ... a) click on the View link to the left of a record, this field is displayed b) request the same field to be displayed in another List View for the same Form, it renders as expected @ZOHO Creator Support - please schedule a ZOHO Meeting session so I can demonstrate this defective behaviour

In the criteria section of the dependant field, how to I refer to another field in the same form? If you need more info... Fetch from same form, Update two records from same form
I am having a problem updating two separate records as a result of a change in my incident report form. When you select the equipment that has faulted, and has been replaced, the faulted equipments status changes to "Faulty", and what I want, is when you select the replacement equipment, that it's status changes from "Backup" to "Active". Export to Excel: numbers and dates are coming in as text
When I export a table's contents and choose the Excel spreadsheet option, upon opening the document Excel gives me that little green diamond and alert box that says that "numeric data is stored as text" (same for dates). I have to select that column and tell Excel to convert it to a number before I can do anything useful. This is not a show-stopper, though it is annoying and I would love to see it fixed. Why is a parameter added to an HTML view always a string?

Sort by ascending integers
Subject: sorting numerically I'm constructing a database in which I want to sort a column by integers (1, 2, 3, etc.). Using 01, 02, 03, etc., lets me sort correctly, either ascending or descending order. Everything was fine until the numbers reached 100 and beyond. What do I need to do in order to sort in numerical order above 100?
