Image download from embedded form no longer working
I rely on the ability to download images from a spreadsheet embedded in a webpage. This has never been a problem until the recent changes with Creator. Now I get the message: "You are not authorised to access this in Zoho Creator. Go to Home" What gives? My username is zrecommends, the application is PRIZEY.

Can't use count function in formula
I am trying to use the count function in a formula to display the total number people who entered that they were of a particular gender. Number of days calculation
In my TradeMaster application, there is a Form "Leave Records". I enter "leave_starts" and "leave_ends" values, and wish to calcualte the number of days using a formula field. Now in this example, both "leave_starts" and "leave_ends" are today 10/6, and I therefore wish to get a result of 1 (day). However, I have got 3001. How do I do that then? cambridgemta

Problem with "edit record" in view
Hi, I have a problem when trying to edit a record in one of my views. The edit record box that appears cuts off some of my fields and cannot be moved any further up the screen. Below the "submitted on" date field you can see is a "response status" drop down field which my users need to be able to access and update. Any sugggestions? Thanks Tony

I started using this for a personal expense tracker by Ms Latha. It is excellent except of course a few small things like : 1. when I change decimal points from 2 to 3, while importing the values get truncated to 2 decimal places. 2. while changing the category & subcategory the values shown are faulty - like it may show "Vehicle" but may mean "other" one more thing - can I get Ms Latha's email so that I can directly contact her about the improvement ? =thanx ! =Himansu S M himansu.in

Although I can customize the colors in my Form after I click on embed in website, I can't customize the colors in my View after I click on embed in website. Calendar View repeats records every month

Loading a form as "On Add" or "On Edit"
I'm new to Zoho Creator and am trying to transfer a pricing application in an excel file to Zoho. Basically, I have a form and view created which contain a list of fields to be used as global variables in my application (example of fields include: Exchange Rate, Profit Margin etc). Login option for emedded form doesn't work
I have a form embedded in a web page. The form used to require login details to load the form in the page. Since the update the page loads with a blank space where the form is loaded. If I log in to Zoho and then go to the page it works fine, but that is not my preferred approach. Thank you in advance for your timely attention to this matter. blacknight
Hover Form Instructions
Since the change, the "hover" instructions on my form are not working properly - they still hover, but now they also permanently appear under each reply box. It looks strange. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Layout change
I am unhappy with the Layout change. There is no option to show both the form and the view at the same time. You now need to click on the view in order to see it. To me this is not as user friendly as the previous version. Please add a Layout to show both the form and the view at the same time. Thank you. troop31oz
Instructions Appear Below Form Field
Why do the instructions now appear beneath the form field? Is there a way to restrict their appearance to only when the cursor hovers the field itself as it used to be? Please address this issue asap. Thanks!
Unable to export data as Excel file

Group on field disappears in Summary view
Thanks for 3.0 This app is so much easier to use than Access and provides multi-user capability. Still many tweaks I would like or haven't found yet. Particularly column widths and placement/formatting of data within the field. My problem: I have a List view that is grouped on a Property, so there is a group header with that field in the List view. But when I switch to Summary view, that field is not available so my data is unidentifiable. Is there a work around without having to duplicate the field

two questions
1) is it possible to automatically insert the actual creation date of a new entry? is it possible to define an additional field that shows the most recent modification date? 2) is ist possible to manage permissions to edit entries in a way that would only allow a user to edit entries he/ herself created him/herself, but not entries created by other users? thanks in advance Christoph Borer online
Creator Permission Problems
The update caused some problems with my Creator form and view in my website so I'm trying to adjust but having problems with the Permission settings. 1) I left the Permission settings boxes to add, edit, delete etc empty in the view form. 2) I copied and embedded the new code into my website. 3) This only changed the permission settings on my site under my log in, not my users. 4) Users have access to all add, edit, delete funtions (which I never allowed) even after I embedded the new code changes.

Autofilter problems
Some of my views autofilters are suddenly not working. Looks like there has been an update to Zoho creator in the past few weeks. http://creator.zoho.com/pvandyck/hc_vol I have shared the app with support. The views are any of the of "Available..." views. In the autofilters, selecting by "Willing to help" options seems to work, selecting by teacher name causes the following error. Checking for empty fields not working.
Help, somebody, please. I've been trying to get this working for ages. To sum things up I need to filter my records based on whether a field is empty or not (i.e. to find all the people for whom we don't have an email address). I have created a little test application, and as you can see, the filters such as "No Email" or "Does not have team" do not work. creator.zoho.com/glennbroadway/glenns-test-application I cannot, for the life of me, work out why. Cannot subtract two decimal numbers

After Submitting FormA, Open & populate FormB
Hi, I would like to know if this Creator 3 is supporting this feature as describe below: If the Status of the lead is changed to "Complete" on Add or Edit, after submit is clicked, the system will automatically open the client form and populate certain fields.
