Editing record in calendar view
What I am reporting may be a minor issue. In the calendar view, while adding a new record, the form appears alright. But while editing record, the form appears with all fields moved towards the right, and one has to adjust the horizontal scroll bar to see them properly. arghya

I have made a questionnaire (shared to support) in which some of the questions require user to browse/upload a file. All other data are received but files uploaded by the user is not received. Font and background (color) formatting
I didn't see anything similar suggested already I would like to be able to change the font formatting of a particular field/record/column/row, and also to be able to change the background color of a row/column in a List View. Basically, to provide some means of highlighting certain fields, records, rows and/or columns. This would be extended to Filters/Criteria as well, so a user could highlight all records pertaining to 'Name == "John"' while still displaying all others, for instance. Or a user

Can't create a view with a criteria of a blank field
I want a view that only shows records with the field "secondsite" is blank. But if I select that for a criteria, the criteria isn't saved when I click done. If I try to enter quotes instead of nothing, no records are returned. If I click advanced and do secondsite=="" no records are returned. maureenshea

How about an option to prevent the reset of the fields after successfully adding data? This would be helpful when adding multiple records, and the values of most of the fields will remain the same; you wouldn't have to reenter a bunch of data. naomifurniture

renaming forms
I've renamed a couple of forms, and the new names appear when hovering the mouse over the Forms tab; however, after clicking on the Script tab, the Select Form drop-down shows the old names for those forms. The form definitions for these two forms which I renamed also show the old name. The displayname is set to the new name. There doesn't seem to be a display name field associated with form properties. I've created form names with spaces in the name, but it seems this is a problem when writing scripts.

Truly fantastic work. However, if I want to put a form onto a black background, the text is invisible because I have no control over the label colors. Any chance field label color could be added as an option in the 'Embed in your Website' dialog, under 'Customize Look'? This is the one thing hindering me from using your application. And it would be a shame not to use it... it's so simple to use and ingenious in its design... camaire

Hi, I know "send mail" allows us to send email. I am able to send mail to the email that has been entered into the form. So far so good.. I would like to use some Random number function in the message ( as verfication code) so that the person has to enter a valid email id inorder to reccive that verification code. Two users editing the same record at the same time?
Hi Zoho seems to be exactly what I need but is there any way to stop two users editing the same record simultaneously & unknowingly overwriting each others changes. Don't most DBs & shared documents give a message like: 'This record is currently in use' (& therefore locked). Is this possible with Zoho? It's a fairly essential safety feature. Thanks, Richard

I love your software! Easy to learn and easy to use. My client had a complaint about the "success" message that appears when the form is submitted. They would prefer to have it appear in a stable popup window rather than an overlaying window that fades away. Also, in Internet Explorer, the ' thank you' note appears half cut/ incomplete.
