Email 'To' field error
Hi Guys, When sending an email from one Creator form to another (to overcome create record limitation), the email address of the form must be the only address in the 'To' field. If I add an additional address, such as the default zoho.adminuserid, the mail does not get sent to the form.

Whaen sending an email properly formated for date input is there a way to signify an EOF (end of file) The last field is trying to read bottom signature automatically inserted at the end of an email by for exemple yahoo so, this is what I get as error : The Following error has occured while adding this record: For input string: "999.99 D�couvrez ce qui fait jaser les gens ! Not a relational database
The concepts of foreign key and other things seems lost. I can't create a relation between two different kinds of things with this. It just doesn't seem to be truly a relational database. me
Group By capability
I am developing an equipment list for a large hospital. I would like the ability to produce summary reports. A typical report (or view) would be 'Summary Cost by Department'. While Creator will sum the totals, a single department may span many pages. I need a true summary, leaving the line items out. Is this possible?
Import into existing form
In the application http://creator.zoho.com/thomast/philly-candidates-list/ (started from CRM basic template and modified), I have a form, Add New Candidate, into which I would like to import some data. My import data doesn't have all the fields, but the fields are labeled at the top. Hi, Im trying to create a simple database to store information about hotels and airports in different countries. So first I have a dropdown list of "continents" so if I choose "europe" then on the next dropdownlist I would only like to have the countries of europe coming up. I have a membership application. One form contains member data. One form contains club data. I have a third form that tracks registrations with a lookup field for members and a lookup field for clubs. Is it possible to create a view that contains information from these three forms? They are all linked through the lookups, but I would like to create a view that has data from each. How do I do that?
picklist has multiple entries of same text
I've got two forms. Form A contains a text field "Person" and a text field "Business". Form B contains a Picklist based on Form A.Person However, within the Form B picklist, it contains multiple versions of the same FormA.Person. I.e. Multiple records of Form A could have the same Person entered into it. Form A, Version 1 - Person = Brent Form A, Version 2 - Person = Brent On Form B, Picklist choices include "Brent" two times. How can I make it so that "Brent" is included only one time on the Picklist?

Links containing apostrophes are mangled
Whenever you submit a link containing an apostrophe it's turned into a quote symbol and when you come to edit the entry everything after and including the ' disappears. dreamkatcha

Form Width issues when export to embeded html
when I view my form that I have imbeded in my browser the width is different than it is in the area where I constructed it. the width goes off of the page and users are unable to see the right third of the form. It also does not have the ability to scroll horizonatally to access that portion of the form. I attempted to change the width% but that had negative affects as well. thank you in advance clubtransit
Zoho Creator
I never really use database applications but the video inspired me. I'm on the "Create new application" page and there is a button called "Import XLS", what is surprising is that I cannot import an XLS document from Zoho sheet. I can paste the data copied from my Excel spreadsheet, but I don't have Excel or any alternative installed right now due to incompatibility with OS X Leopard. I have now managed to copy and paste the data from a spreadsheet in Zoho sheet. What I would most like is for people
xml-rpc view records returning empty set
Currently for my application japanese-knowledge, I try to query the form "Words" or "Examples", and I get back a 200 with SUCCESS, but no records. I don't have any criteria. I tried several different combinations of requests. Is XML-RPC for viewing records currently working? Thanks.
Search for Public Viewers
What is the script to allow Public Viewers to Search on any of the fields of the View of a Form? I have this ability when I am signed in and working with the application. But I do not have this in the Public View of the Form. jtrifile
Shared database is not editable
I have shared a database with another user. But I can't seem to grant him edit mode. He can open the shared database but the Edit button is not available. I did "allow edit access to support" in the database view. please help. thanks Duc vayoha
Add field upon submission
I would like to have a status field in a form appear in the form view after the form is submitted. Is that possible? (I need people to enter a maintenance request and I will have control over the status field in the from � I don�t want the field in the form for them to edit. )

Hi, In the views of an application it would be great if we could choose to display some information in a column or in the record summary. That way you could display some minimal information in the coumns and if you want to know more about a row, you click on the good button and you get it. For now the information shown in the column and in the record summary are the same... that's a bit useless... momeunier
How do I include formula result in another formula?
I have a field "Age" in my application that is a formula. It calculates a persons age based on their Date of Birth. I have created another formula field call "Member Lookup" that produces a string to help me make sure I select the correct member in a drop down list. Right now this formula is: Surname + ", " + First_Name + " (" + Date_of_Birth + ") " + Sex + ", " + Suburb It returns somthing like this: Worth, Nicole (27-May-1991) F, Edinburgh I would like to include the value calculated in the field

Failure in copying application
Hi, One of the four applications in my ZoHo Creator project refuses to be copied. Whether I try it... - on the Home page with the 'duplicate' button - on the project page with 'Copy application' - whether with Copy application or Save as script ... nothing happens. Another application in the project lets itself be copied just fine. What's going on? For helpdesk purposes, the application in question is "OV-scouts Fryslan" of user "stichtingopc". 1 Decimal Place Help (Urgent please help!)
Here is my database so far: http://crucifierxx.angelfire.com/ If you look at the blue table, the K/D Ratio column is a single number. The K/D ratio is calculated by the following Formula: Kills / Deaths In my database, I have a FORMULA field called KDRatio. In that field I have the formula Kills / Deaths, but I'd like for it to be rounded off to 1 decimal place e.g. 4.1 At the moment it's just rounding it of to a whole number. How do I make it so it rounds of the K/D Ratio to 1 decimal place? Thanks
Calculations
I have created an Access Databse Form to calculate cost based on four (4) variables. It uses simple math for the calulation. As you change four of the fields, a display of the total cost changes as well. Can Zoho do this? I cannot find help about calculations specifically. jtdamico
