Entering data in a format similar to an Excel spreadsheet
Hi, I need to create an application where I can enter data in a similar way of an Excel spreadsheet. Is there any way of having a form that looks like a spreadsheet with multiple rows and columns? Thanks a lot!
Pre-filling forms using the Permalink
Hello, Is there anyway to cutomize the url so that some fields in the form are pre-filled so that it appears more relevant to the person filling the form? I want to send the same form link (without login require): Send to Customer A - Name field to be filled with "Customer A" Send to Customer B - Name field to be filled with "Customer B" Is this possible? Dynamic Lookup not working
Hi, I've followed the example shown on https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/fields/configuring-conditional-drop-downs.html#Create_Dynamic_Lookup to the letter, however cannot get it to work - is there a version problem that is causing this example to no longer work?
Data records missing - just 2 remain
I have entered data over the last few months on student details. All of a sudden, now all I see is just 2 records. I have no idea where all the other entries have gone? Is there an option to restore or access this data? Please help.
Upload field is not tall enough
All of the sudden every time I put in an upload field it is not tall enough and the data as well as the word "Browse" is chopped in half. It never used to do this. I submitted a support ticket but was just told they don't see it despite the fact that hundreds of my members do. Not sure what to do and how to fix this as it is very important and I do not get a reply from my support ticket. Yehoshua
Auto populate date field with timestamp date
I have a date field that I would like to have auto populated with the timestamp date (mm-dd-yyyy 00:00:00) on Add and Edit. I don't see a timestamp function. How can I acheive this?
Problem with Field in Email
I have a form that generates an email that includes a number of fields. I created a second form including some of the same fields and I am creating the script for the email. However, when I add the deluge statement for that field (<%=Property%>) the script generates the following error message: Error at line number : 2 Improper Statement Error might be due to missing ';' at end of the line or incomplete expression Furthermore, if I go and edit the script for the first form, without making any changes

I created a form. When users have completed it, it gives a message that data was submitted. However, the form does not close. It stays open, so users can keep entering again and again. How do I correct that?
Images are lost when converting HTML view to PDF
For some reason images are lost when converting a HTML View to PDF. Custom record summary shows wrong data from subform
Hi, When I create a custom record summary, where it's supposed to get a value from a subform, that has a lookup field. Insted it writes an ID, like 1604938000000048429 It works fine everywhere else than in the record summary i'v created. The default record summary can also show it, but I can't see how this has been set up.. How to fix :=) ?
Allow different permission to different users
Support, I created a report with calendar view. Now, I want to allow access to edit records only to a particular group of users and for a different group, need to give access to add and edit records both. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.
Creator Calendar View - On Click Action
I want to put in a suggestion for the calendar view. I would like there to be a way to edit the on click function in calendar view. Right now when you click an item on the calendar it pops up the edit dialog box. I would recommend that you have a way to allow us to determine the on click function. For example i do not want a pop. I would like to run an openurl script when the calendar item is clicked. Do you plan on rolling out an onclick function for creator calendar view so we can customize
All systems suddenly not working - cannot input data
Hi, We have just had something happen across all of our Zoho applications which is preventing us from updating a field. It appears that the drop fields are now not passing data back to the scripts. This suddenly started at around 12 GMT today across all our applications which are all independent of each other suggesting something at the back end has gone wrong. Thanks

Need Help with a subform
I am new to Zoho so bear with me. I have two basic forms I am connecting. The first is a customer form; first name, last name, address, phone, email, etc. I then have a class field that I put in specifics on date, time, etc. To the class I want to add a roster - i.e. people who have taken the class. I created a sub form to add attendees to the class. Applying report criteria on sub form in not working
I have a sub form with two fields Date and Amount. Now when I create a report with a filter on Date of e.g Nov. It will pick up the October dates that have been entered in the subform also as i think it treated the entry as one. Now in the last entry as you can see I only want the $300 amount of Nov to show and not the $300 of October. My search criteria is very simple for the report . I have specified the dates to be of Nov. Can anyone guide as to what I can do here.
Sharing issue - again
Is anyone having sharing issues? One of our administrative staff has been "cut off" from a report that she accessed this morning. Now I have shared a new page for a presentation tomorrow and they are not able to access the page. Let me know if anyone has a solution or similar issue.
Zoho Creator 'Submit Through Email'
Hello, I'm trying to update a form on Zoho Creator using information from Zoho CRM using the 'Submit Through Email' function. On this form, there is no option to 'Submit Through Email' but there is on other forms. Where can I change the settings for this form to allow it to submit information through an email?
ZOHO Creator Mobile app issues
Been using the mobile app for android 4.0 and higher device and on Apple's IOS 7 and higher devices. Everything seems good so far with exception of a few bugs. When searching or going back to another view on android the app will go non responsive and then ask to force close. I have seen this several times on 5 different android 4.0 and higher devices. On IOS 7 the only issue is when trying to view records in a calendar format, the app will force close immediately, have tried this on I phone 4's through

Embeded View Images not showing unles logged into Creator session, other data showing fine
Have a look at this page: http://www.atwproductions.com/index.php?pr=fand_brew the brewery information is coming from ZOHO custom HTML view. The issue - images are not displaying. The images display fine within the Creator while logged in, and I personally can see them on the website above while my session seems to be active. After I log out, if I visit the website again, the images do not show. Then, I log in, they show up again. No one else can see the images aside from me... Code used to display

I am new to Zoho Creator and really love it thus far (I come from a MS-Access background). I just downloaded the mobile version as well. Pretty cool stuff. Has any one thought of creating a POS system with Zoho Creator? Seems like it is more than possible.

embedded form formatting?
I am trying to get the formatting of my form to match that of my website. Zoho Creator no longer allowing PayPal transactions without upgrade
I have been successfully making actual, real transactions to PayPal through a payment form I created in Zoho Creator. I now receive the message shown in the screen shot. What would cause this to stop working? Everything worked and than suddenly stopped. As much i as I like Zoho products, I sometimes think I made the wrong decision getting my organization too much into Zoho. Time to look elsewhere? I'm guessing the free plan does not include the payment module and I was unknowingly using a premium

Looking for deluge script to move from one form to another
This is my first application, so I am learning the basics. I need to display only a subset of fields for a given form. I was planning to use a few stateless forms to accomplish this (and also to allow custom script for buttons). I would like to open a form, enter data on a few fields of "Form 1", then go to a different stateless form to enter more fields for "Form 1", and then go to "Form 2" to enter different data. I don't see any "go to" option. Is there a function that will go to a different
URL field not displaying suddenly

Lookup fields not update when edit
I do not know why, but right now when I edit the field called "Equipo" (team) in form "EQUIPOS" (teams) which is a lookup field in the form "PILOTOS" (drivers), it is not updated! This is a basic functionality that should be fixed. I give edit access to support to see if you are kind enough to solve it (application called CGC). Thank you very much

Am I missing something? Since the new app builder interface was applied, Zoho Creator behavior is erratic, especially with lookup fields. I reported this previous post about lookup fields edited but not updated. Now, I check with astonishment that populated values are set incorrectly, simply editing: In form EQUIPOS, lookup field "Monoplaza" I have the feeling of having been wasted hundreds of hours programming my application. Install app from marketplace not working
If I click on "Install app" in the marketplace, nothing happens. The app does not show on my home page as it's supposed to. It works if I install one of the 5 apps on the following page: https://creator.zoho.com/createapp. But I want something from the marketplace.
Embeded Link Border Issues
Hi guys, I have a form that is required to be on a black background. I'm using it as an Embed link - but when I do this - Even thought I've set the border colour to black, a white border is appearing around the form and horizontal rule around the submit buttons. Filtered Report -> Add Record with pre-filled fields
If someone has answered this already, my apologies as I couldn't find it. Consider a group of reports that are similar but filtered. We want to add a new record with lookup fields set as per the filter in the report but I can't work out how. Any ideas?

Is there a way I can evoke reminders for the user for a particular date and time field ? Say if a date is set for 23rd November , on 22nd Nov or otherwise in a particular order I can keep reminders ?
