Workflow to update date field
There is a date field in Accounts. My requirement is, if that date field has a date which is before today, 365 days should be added to it. I tried using functions and Field Update but didn't work for me.
Parent Child Inheritance
We are trying to use Zoho for a non-profit organization in which, if the organisation is a member it follows that all of the employees of that organization are members as well. We are entering the Organisations as Accounts and the individual employees as Contacts. We have added a checkbox with the label Member. Is it possible to make the children of the parent inherit the status of this field, whatever it may be? And to update if it changes?
How can I import data into blank field an existing Account record?
Is it possible, to import via a CSV file, a value for a field which exists upon the Account record. For example, for the account for company name ABC123, I wish to import the QTD Revenue Achieved. Obviously, this value will change and with some moderate frequency, I'd like to do a mass import into this field for all of my active Accounts as I have new and updated data. Is something such as this possible or is the import function just to create new Leads/Accounts and not the ability to update
Entering a task or activity for all employees
How can i enter a task/note to all employees. Currently if i enter a tsk/activity and if the owner is CEO/Manager no one under the hierachy can see that. i want to enter certain tasks to be assaigned for all the employees by the director/Manager.

Potential Custom Field that References the Grand Total of a Quote or Sales Order
I have tried a few times to create a custom field in the Potentials object that reads the Grand Total from a Quote or Sales Order. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get this to work. Does anyone know how to get this to work? Thanks in advance.
