Zoho Finance and CRM integration question
I would like to know if it's possible to set up this integration: When a Zoho Finance Invoice status is updated to "Paid" the Stage field on the Zoho CRM Deals module is updated. It would be great to have this kind of integration. Any idea on how to set this up?

Default Wizard
Guys, Maybe I am missing this - but is there a way to set the a wizard as the default interface? It seems now that the only way to get to the wizard is to select it under layout. I would really like to be able to present the wizard screen by default for a specific role/object to the user - so no other steps are needed to get to it. Is this possible? jv
365 uploading emails to CRM
So, I would like to know if there is a way (a better way, we have tried the Nokia Lumia emulator plugin, its terrible) to be able to put selected 365 emails into CRM. So far it seems no, and I don't think I am going to get our IT department to allow us to open up our servers to Zoho, so a plugin or connector would be nice, however last time we tried with the Outlook plugin it was uploading internal emails which we deemed a privacy risk.
Wizard Configuration
When creating the wizard, there is a page title and a segment title; which makes me believe there is the ability to add additional segments (or at least looks that way). But if there is the ability to add additional segments to a page, I'm not finding the way to do it so wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

Want to send out bespoke quotations, but having problems getting the product description from the quote to show in the template.
We have built bespoke e mail layouts to send to our customers, as e mail layouts and not inventory. All is ok; we are able to add the customer name, price, delivery etc etc, quotation no, but we cannot get the product description to carry over to the template. When you look at the quote, it says product name there, but when you look at the fields that can be added to the drop down list, there is no product name available. Custom quote template issues
Hello, I have an issue with my custom quote template that it is only showing the first product in a quote that has multiple quotes. Is there something else that needs to be added to allow the template to show multiple products? Also, there is no option that displays a link to insert the product description into my template. I even tried copying ${Quotes.Product Description} from the zoho template, and it still wont display that info. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Dialer that works with scheduled calls not lead fields
I schedule and assign calls in Zoho using the calls module. I would assume this is how most people manage calls. The problem I'm having is that all of the dialer integrations I've seen so far don't actually work with the call module. They just allow you to start a dial session that calls through a certain segment of leads or contacts. One of my Contacts got married and changed their name. I want to edit their name. I don't see anyway to do that. I'm hoping I don't have to create an entirely new contact and delete the exiting one. That would cause a ripple effect of problems.
