Creating workflow 7 years out
we are a real estate firm that is using ZOHO to follow up with closed clients. we are trying to create a task once a year for seven years. When we try and schedule the task we cant not enter more than 999 days. only 3 digits are allowed. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or am I doing it wrong?

AdWords gclid coming through but no other data
We are having an issue whereby the AdWords GCLID is being populated in ZohoCRM but none of the other AdWords data is being populated. This is happening on every lead. It has been well over 48 hours for most of these leads if not longer. See image below. Are we missing a step?
How soon can new Accounts/Contacts be searched for?
So we are seeing with an app we've made that uses the Zoho CRM API that Accounts/Contacts we add to Zoho manually are not immediately searchable via the API. It takes about 2-3 minutes before they start to appear in search results. In troubleshooting further, we discovered this is not unique to API search, but applies to Zoho CRM's search feature as well! Can someone confirm that new accounts/contacts added are not immediately searchable in Zoho or the API? This creates an unwanted delay in our workflow
How to have BCC'd emails count as Activities
Hello, We would like to have email BCC'd into Zoho CRM counted as Activities (Tasks, Emails, Calls, etc). Is there way to accomplish this? Segmenting using a field in a CRM custom module
For reasons which I cannot now remember, when we were originally setting up CRM, we couldn't use the normal "Industry" field. The developer created a custom module which held the industry only. Now I would like to segment our CRM data and send emails by industry (category). The CRM module list doesn't include this field, and the custom module ONLY includes this field. Event Email Notifications
Though receiving a message stating that the email notifications are being sent one of my users notifications are not being sent out. The exception is when an event is being scheduled for a group created for all users. I thought this could be due to a setting but it appears all is set correctly for this to work. Any ideas?

Hi 1) If I have edited a report that is already part of a schedule, the report is not updated. For example, I edited a report and removed a column, but when the scheduled report was sent out, the report had not been updated. Does this mean if you edit a report, you need to delete your schedule and re-do? 2) In regards to Potentials mainly in my case, when we run a report, the amount comes across with the currency which than you can not sort by amount as it takes the currency code into consideration.
Event Email Notification
One of my users event email notifications are not being sent. This however is not the case when sending to other organization users when sending to them as a group. I'm looking for a setting that potentially would solve this and have not found anything. Please assist.

CRM accounts lost now?
Hi! I was testing this out a year or two ago (free version to start) and am now circling back on this project and jumped back into zoho to see the accounts again but all of them are now gone? I went to the CRM and Accounts section and I see it says "your Zoho CRM migration is in progress" which makes me feel like it is importing it, but been on that screen a long time and no accounts appear to be importing. Are all of my accounts and notes i put in previously (year or two ago) now lost forever? OR

Can't import lookup field with csv
I've set up a new module ("Public Events"), and i'm trying to import a list of these events with a csv I have. All other fields work, but I'm trying to connect each event to an existing account using a lookup field. The problem is the field always comes back blank after the import. Downloading attachments from Gmail onto Zoho CRM
Is there a way to download attachments from our Gmail onto Zoho CRM (onto the documents module)? Are there any apps or anything that can facilitate this? Feature Request: Ability to Change Lead "Company" field name
We convert LEADS to ACCOUNTS and CONTACTS. In the leads we map the "Company" field to "Account Name" (within the accounts module) I would love to name the lead field "Account Name" so it matches the same field in Accounts. I've had to explain the difference hundreds of times... and I even have tooltips explaining issue. Summary: Please let us rename the lead "Company" field to whatever we want OR assign it a name based on the Account module ie: Account Name. Would be a simple but huge usability improvement
