Help with Formula field Please
I'm trying to add a formula field to the contact form. My intention is to grab just the day from a field called "Contacts.Payment Start Date" by using the following in a formula field on the same form: Dayofmonth(${Contacts.Payment Start Date}) So for instance. If the payment start date is Dec.15,2012, I trying to get the value of 15. However I'm doing something wrong I can't see as it's not working. Any help appreciated. Kerry
Can I change the week to start on Sunday rather than Monday?
How do I change the calendar to display the week starting on Sunday? All my other web apps either have a setting for "week start day" or the default to the week starting on Sunday. How can I change this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Quick Actions" customization
In Zoho CRM is there a way to customize the fields in the "Quick Actions" list? For example, the quick action "Add a New Contact" can be found when viewing an account. When using this function, I'd like to be able to enter the Title of the contact I'm adding. Is this possible?

I am using the custom function to notify the another account user(Test User) on new potential creation in my CRM account. The another account user (Test User) also get updates in feeds about the changes made in 'Potential'. Why does Zoho show me banner ads at the top of our CRM to all users?
I keep seeing banner ads at the top of CRM, today it was about "Why your CRM should be fully integrated, read our blog." It shows this to ALL my users not just admins which looks super unprofessional trying to pitch CRM features to basic users, especially considering I'm paying for an "Enterprise" product not sure why I'm being shown ads. We even had a user open a help desk ticket thinking they were supposed to be doing something. I did live chat and was told it's by design and cannot be disabled

Zoho CRM issue: Our super admin has deleted his Zoho account (do not ask why). CRM is still alive but nobody has admin rights. I want to use Zoho CRM for a charity. I am tracking donors and donations. So I have relabeled my modules to reflection donors instead of contacts and leads are now potential donors. Multiselection Picklists and Reports created of one option from the list
I'm trying to tag contacts with various tags. I've created a multiselection picklist for these tags. Now I want to only see all the contacts that have one of those tags. However, reports only list the tags all together. In other words, the multipick list has created a one to one relationship, but I need a one (contact) to many (tags) relationship. How can I create a report that shows up all the contacts who are tagged with just one of the options from the multiselection picklist?
E-mailing a partially filled form
I need a way of e-mailing a potential client with a form that is pre-filled with the information that I already have for them and blanks for the information still needed in order to turn them from a lead to a client. Terrible user management for admins
I've been working with a variety of enterprise level CRM's since 2004 and I've never encountered such poor user management features for admins. The inability for an admin to change the email or password of a user is truly bewildering. A user has left and I simply want to change the email on the user to the new employee. I'd put up with not being able to change the password if I could change the email, the new employee can do a forgot password. Come on Zoho, this is 2016. Even the old username is

Confusion about integration of Campaigns w/CRM
We use both CRM and Campaigns. I get how to create a campaign in Campaigns to mail to - for example - all our Contacts and Leads. We do a monthly blast that way and it works very well. We have other campaigns in CRM that are smaller subsets of contacts - for example, just people who have asked to get information about our workshop series. I'd like to now do a blast to them from Campaigns. How do I get the two applications to talk to one another? Thanks!

filtering leads by 'email status' problem
Hi, I sent about 490 emails from CRM on 10/01/17. When filtering leads by email status by sent on date '10/01/17' And status is 'any of above' Only 80 of the 490 leads came back in results. Why was that?

How to hide a tab group based on role/profile?
I created an external role/profile and wanted to lock down tab groups so that users cannot see a Home tab or "Custom Object A" tab for "Custom Object A" that is only used on Deals as a related list (there is no reason to view that tab). I logged in as that user and set the tab group to the one I want the user to see, but I don't want the user to see the other tab groups and be able to change them.
IMAP Connectivity to Gmail
Hello, I see that my account has iMap connectivity to Gmail but one of my users does not, and I cant turn it on? I'm a superadmin from what I can see. I'm requesting you please add a third option, "Import Leads for User" followed by a pick list of users. I often import leads for a single user, which requires me to always add a "Lead Owner" column. It would be helpful to just choose the user at this stage. (I've disabled import permissions for my users after too many data quality issues; I do the imports for them)
searchRecords API not returning all matched results.
The following criteria I use: (((First Name:name)OR(Account Name:name)OR(Last Name:name))) For example, there a list of records in contacts module with the last name of "test". Searching test gives me all matched results but searching the first name of a record with the last name of test doesn't show up for some strange reason. Sometimes it only returns some of the matched results but not all from confirming directly in zoho instead of using the search api. Now, is it something to do with the criteria
