Best email integration setup for crm
I am just setting up and could use some help. Would you recommend setting up a zoho mail account or integrate a gmail account? Also when I reply to an email in either, is there a way to automatically create a contact or add the email to the existing contact file? The zoho crm email is not to user friendly as gmail is I find.

Integrate Avaya with Zoho CRM
Hi, i'm trying to integrate Zoho CRM with our avaya telephons. And we finish the all steps of the doc (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-phonebridge/asterisk-avaya-elastix.html#frequently_asked_questions) and we get a error message : "licence check faild - contact Zoho Support" See atached file. Creating a module that works like products
I'm trying to create (or repurpose) a module to track solutions that our accounts use. These are not our products, we have our own products and this module is populated with those. I'd like to have this module show on the account screen like it does with products and the ability to add new associations to an account via a +new button (as you can with the association between accounts>products. These records will not be added new from the account screen, rather we'll use the module just like accounts.
How best to do this as we are a weird company.

Incorrect (outdated, possibly cached) records returned by getRecords API call
I'm trying to use the getRecords method to retrieve data from our Zoho Crm on a daily basis. However, I've noticed that the Api returns old, possibly cached data. It returns fields we've already deleted and some other fields are missing. Is there a way to get the current data that is also shown if I look at the CRM trough my browser? p.s. Is it possible to customize views for all users vs just myself?
Hi everyone, for example if I'm viewing an Account, it shows related lists like Potentials, however usually they aren't the fields we use or want. So I will click the little dropdown and customize the columns. However for my users their views stay as default, so I have to log into their account to add custom fields any time I change these. Is there any way to force all users to have the same view that I do as admin?
Edit Pick List Properties
I have several fields that are all in Leads - Accounts - Contacts - Opportunities. When I go into Leads and edit the field to add additional items to the "Pick List" they do NOT appear in the pick list in the other modules. Do I actually have to go into each module - edit the layout - find the field - edit the properties and then add the new drop down item to the list - in every module? You just cannot edit one list and have it appear in the list in every module??? Thanks for any assistance here.

OK...this needs to be expalined I wish to ADD a list of tags to choose from the informstion online says this: " go to: settings / customization / fields. " BUT there is No such spot in settings.... Make ZOHO needs to be easier to understand!
Additional Dialogues?
When I close activities a pop up always comes up saying 'allow this site to open addtional dialogues' or something. I finally checked 'no' in hopes I would not have to see that pop up, now when I hit CLOSE on a given activity NOTHING HAPPENS. HELP !

iPhone Mail Linking to Zoho CRM contacts
From what I can tell, if I am using a non-Zoho hosted email account (like Office 365, or standard IMAP/SMTP server) theye is no way to automatically capture emails I send from my iPhone Mail app to contacts in Zoho. the only way is to remember to BCC the special @mails1.zohocrm.com address every time? If that's the case, I wish the iPhone could be configured to automatically BCC that email address, but my iPhone only allows "BCC yourself" as an option. Anyone figure out a workaround? If it helps,

I've seen some older threads outlining (I think) the same issue. I'm trying to customize what fields of a product show on the Product Details line on the Quote. What I need: We're a window and door dealer. Hey - might be a simple question. But I signed up for the free version, but that gives me an enterprise trail. Feels like the trail is now over, and I've lost the notifications bar, and I no longer have sales signals for mails (opens, reads, etc). Can't import leads from file
Hi, When I try to import new leads from a xlsx or csv file the system freezes and nothing happens. I am clicking on import from my leads screen, choose import leads, choose import my leads, select the file and click at the next button which then changes to uploading. Then I wait, but nothing happens. I waited for 1 hour, but nothing changes and the browser seems to work. Tried to reboot my PC but still the same problem. I am using a free account with Google Chrome and have imported leads successfully

Hi I just found out that bcc, outlook plugin and imap all don't keep the emails in zoho crm if I i delete them from the email system. I need it to keep email system size small. How can I automatically convert the emails in zoho crm into tasks or events or calls. I figured this will keep the emails in the system even if I delete them from my email company. Profile Picture not showing in CRM iOS
I have a profile picture setup on my CRM account, and it displays in the web version. However, in the iOS version, it shows as the generic "head" icon (those users without a profile picture show up as their initials). The picture I uploaded was 450x450px. Deactivating Migrated Users

See Recent Notes in custom view?
Hi, just curious if there is a way to view recent notes when viewing accounts in a custom view. I know you can choose any of the fields you wish to view, but it doesn't seem like you can view notes, recent notes, or any notes for that matter. Cannot login to mobile app (both Android and IOS)
Hello Zoho community, For a while now we are facing a huge setback. I create users and they can use zoho CRM normally from their browser but when they try to login from their mobile devices they get a USER_NOT_ACTIVE message. I tried multiple times deleting and recreating the users from my company but it didn't work. I tried to log in with their mobile devices in my account and I encountered no problem. Therefore, I deduce that the problem lies with the accounts. Does anyone know why is this happening

Sync Contact Photos with Social Media
